List of Evan Scott Rubin's Reviews
I have been going to see Dr. Rubin on and off for about 10 years now and I honestly have no idea where I’d be without him. His deep knowledge, understanding and ability to connect with the human body is a gift. I was in a pretty bad car accident in 2013, in which I started seeing Dr. Rubin regularly in conjunction with PT. I know his treatments are what healed me. He is so genuinely kind, mindful and attentive, working to understand then fix the problem. I am a runner and musician so my body endures a lot of strain. On top of that I’m a pretty type A person so I carry a lot of stress and tension all throughout my body. Dr. Rubin has significantly helped to quell this, putting my body back in alignment and giving me guidance as to how to stay healthy and strong (mind, body and soul)! I would highly recommend him, in fact you are doing yourself a disservice if you suffer from any sort of pain and don’t go to experience his knowledge and healing powers. Thank you Dr. Rubin!

I’ve suffered terribly for many years with lower back pain. You name it, I tried it. Epidurals, acupuncture, narcotic meds etc. I was just months shy of having a fusion at HSS in NY. I was recommended to dr. Rubin by a family member. Thank God I went. I feel great and avoided having an extensive life changing back surgery.
I have to admit I was not familiar with the term Osteopathy before I began my googling quest to help my migraines. It was here that I stumbled upon this new world of hands on medicine called Osteopathy. Seems there are layers to Osteopathy... like a spectrum of a rainbow. Some physicians that do this speciality are more technique oriented. Dr Rubin practices more of a spiritual art form of Osteopathy, something called biodynamics. This is reflects more of the soul principles of it. Again having zero knowledge of what to expect I went in with an open mind, as the path of seeing a ton of neurologists and even headache centers haven't worked thus far. To my surprise and blessings, his treatments are a truly beautiful form of medicine has changed my life so dramatically that I have cut down on the other 'stuff' my neurologists have put me on and dare I say I actually feel well and I am not defining myself by a woman with migraines. He is the most patient and caring doctor I have ever meet (and I have seen my share of doctors ha). The amazing thing is that as I am on this healing path toward wellness other aspects of my life have changed as well aside from my migraines and poor sleep. I am more self aware of my stress levels and my body itself. A million praises to this man. Love this doctor. - Ronni
What a gifted healer and amazing man. Words cant thank Dr Rubin for all his help. Simply the best.
The back whisper is what I call him. I think he does family medicine for sick patients that can not leave their house as well, but I see him in his private office for my neck and back, in fact I send my whole family to him. How's that for a recommendation ;-). From my daughter (who is 5 to my mother who is 81). We are lucky to have found him from a close friends reference. I recommend him without hesitation. Best kept secret in NJ.
This doctor is a miracle maker. I have had back issues for years. MRIs, EMGs, epidurals, trigger points, the whole gamut. Nothing did it or even made a dent. That is until we had a recommendation from a good family friend as Dr Rubin helped their baby with colic. He takes the time and has the patience of a saint. The blend of a board certified family practice Doctor with real, I repeat real osteopathy is so so so rare. When I am in a jam my family or I go to the back whisperer. Thank you dr Rubin. We truly appreciate you and your care.
What a gem! Took the time with my ailing mom when no other Doctor could see her at her home. Our family is blessed to have this caring sweetheart of a doctor. A visiting Doctor is such a lost tradition. Very few doctors take the time and effort to care for our aging population, which really sets apart dr Rubin for the rest. Words can't express how appreciative we are.
I am a physician myself, and I am very satisfied with the care provided to my mother by Dr. Evan Rubin.
I could not more highly recommend an osteopath.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
