Not so nice. Girl at front desk has a huge attitude prob - she may as well do the Surg bec she def rules the roost. The other staff needs a lesson in how to prepare a tray for suture removal instead of having to go in n out of the room for everything inc a band aid. Also 2 cc’d of lidocaine is not needed for remove only 1/2. Uugghh get schooled Jersey girls really. Doc sticks up to much fir the secretaries in his office than for the patient. I dint need to be bullied at a doctors office n pay fir it too. Never again. Will I ever ever go back there. Horrible.

My mother was referred to this doctor for a abdominal surgery. If you are looking for anxiety complex or a feeling that you are crazy I would work with this doctors staff. They weren’t organized to receive a package from another doctor and communicate they received it for 3 weeks plus. In addition if you call to speak to the staff or nurse you will get an attitude and hung up with the swiftness at a critical time during a sensitive family event. Its a perfect recipe if you’re into consuming negativity and incompetence. The doctor did call and was nice. So was another employee. However in business how you do anything is how do everything. Would you place your health into a firm with poor communication and organizational skills? I guess that depends what your preference is. Good luck.

I had Hand tendon surgery. He is a great surgeon Put me at ease. Took care of me very well through the whole process. Can not recommend him any higher

Dr. Patel was very informative about the procedures I was facing and made me feel comfortable, confident and most importantly.. relaxed..he spent quality time prior to the procedure explaining all the options and laying out his plan of action..now I can't wait until the stitches come out..you can be assured another 5 star review will be written!

I have my under lip operation recently Nov.6,2015. He was very nice and I knowledgeable he will explain the procedure from the beginning to the end I have a good result you can't even tell i have something done there . I'll give him a 10 very nice doctor and staff.

Over one year ago I had ligament reconstruction on my R thumb. I am beyond pleased and I highly recommend Dr. M. Patel. I was well educated and placed at ease before, during and after my procedure. I have 100% satisfaction of the reuse of my thumb and hand with minimal scarring. Very happy and will be looking up Dr. Patel for upcoming elective surgeries.
