Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Online Review Report Card

Just went for my routine mammogram yesterday. These ladies are always so friendly and professional. Everyone is very personable and they make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The front desk ladies handle things like a well oiled machine. Very organized! Darlene was my mammography technician. She was great. So good at her job!! I wish every medical appointment was this pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend Holmdel Imaging for your imaging needs! 😊

I'm convinced those who schedule appointments don't care about their jobs or are just incompetent. My son scheduled an appointment for Saturday and provided whoever he spoke with the prescription number over the phone 3 times, just to show up to appointment and not be allowed to get his MRI done because they needed the very number he had given to them 3 times. While he was there, he rescheduled his appointment for this following Saturday He received a text today that his appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and immediately called to clear up their mistake. Except, he was told that they had double booked him for Tuesday and Saturday and now has to go on Sunday. Unprofessional and extremely inconvenient.

Staff is and the office is clean. It is a very efficiently run office. They keep appointments running on time and they make the procedure easy and calm as possible. I highly recommend them. My only wish is that they would give results at the end of the mammogram. D. Patricola

I've been going for years. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY STAFF!

Today I went to Holmdel Imaging for the first time. I also had to get a CAT scan with contrast for the first time. I was very afraid because I have an allergy to iodine so I had to pre-medicate with prednisone before the CAT scan. But I did not know what to expect.The two girls that took care of me were Kelly and Christina. I cannot begin to tell you how kind and compassionate they were. They comforted me and reassured me from beginning to end. I am so grateful to have had Kelly and Christina help me through this experience. Thanks again and God bless you both.

This office needs training on professionalism. They pick and choose who to treat with dignity and respect. They just let me seat there for over an hour not because they had other customers, just because a staff member decided to peel my name from the signing sheet and never call me. I will find a different office next time.

Very disappointed experience. Today I went with my newborn daughter to have an ultrasound, but I forgot my prescription. I apologize & told the receptionist about it and also asked if I could call to the pediatrician office to get a copy of it. The receptionist offered to call them. After she called she said they were in lunch. Receptionist had a kind of attitude because I forgot it. She was talking to her self like “I don’t know how I’m going to do this without prescription bla bla bla”. Then she said you you may have to wait please have a seat. So I sat down and I also called the pediatrician but they were on lunch. They would come back at 1pm. So I waited when it was 1pm I called the pediatrician and asked them to fax over. I told the receptionist and she said I have them on the line I don’t want u to loose your spot. So 10 minutes later she said I need to reschedule you for another day because they didn’t fax me the prescription. I said please look at it they said they would. I need this ultrasound today. She says I can’t I don’t have the prescription. Second later she said wait I got it but I need to reschedule anyways because the radiologist is busy today. I know it was my fault I forgot the prescription but my point is why she made me wait 40 minutes exposing myself and my newborn if she knew in the first place it would not be enough time to do the ultrasound still. Terrible experience
