I'm still waiting for the email I was supposed to receive on the day of the visit, and the personal don't even take the time for explain in to you, bad service

awful.opens at noon.... doctors were late.got there early, told to wait in car until called. after 90 minutes. went in said we couldn't be seen..... don't expect an efficient visit

Don’t go to PM Pediatrics! They lost my son Covid test sample and they didn’t take any responsibility for it. I had to go to a same day results clinic to take the PCR test for a steeper fee, in order to be able to travel.They didn’t care about my complaining. I even contacted their Chief Experience Officer - Jason Dupuis and he didn’t care to solve my situation. So much for the title. Very bad Experience with PM Pediatrics. Awful!

Despite what the website says regarding walk in for covid testing we went to holmdel site and were rudely turned away stating they had 4-5h wait to see doctor and she wouldn’t do a rapid only pcr and it’s three day turn around. What a waste of time to have to drive there because you can’t call and the website gives wrong info save your time go elsewhere

The worst place ever. Don't send your kids here. The doctors mis diagnosed my son twice. Better off sending your kid to the hospital.

I always loved coming here as an alternative to my pediatrician when my daughter was sick. However, I brought my daughter here on a Saturday and when I walked in I noticed that their check in kiosk was gone. The girl behind the desk asked what I needed and I told her I would like my 22 month old to be seen, bc she was sick. She asked if I had an appointment, and I said no, but don’t they take walk ins? She said yes, but the next available time slot for walk ins was 9:22pm. It was 3:30 in the afternoon! If you’re not going to take walk in’s then don’t call yourself an urgent care, and don’t have pediatricians recommend your business as an alternative. I ended up bringing my daughter to the ER, because I felt I had no other option.

Absolute worst urgent care ever. Urgent cares are supposed to be walk in visits to care for the child. Instead my wife and I were told we need an appointment. How about you ask if our 14 month old is ok before turning us away. Better off going to the ER and waiting 4 hours.

Worst humans and worst doctors on this planetThey turned away my sick 3yr old needing urgent care and told me they couldn’t see him till tomorrow night when he needed doctor help TODAY !!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR TURNING AWAY SICK KIDS

If I could give less than one star I would. I brought my son with a very bad headache, nasal congestion and constant eyes blinking. I was rudely told by the doctor that it was just my child "stimming" and that autistic children are hard to treat. In 9 years my son never exhibited eye blinking as a sign of autism so this was a change. Something that a professional doctor should be concerned about. Not disregard. She told me she could do nothing because he didn't have a fever. I asked for his temp to be retaken. I was told it was 100.1 "on its way to a fever" so I asked if her diagnoses or opinion changed and she said no and that was it. I called my sons primary pediatrician when we left and she was horrified for her lack of concern and compassion and said I should file a complaint so I will be doing that!

This place is a complete and utter joke. It's not a one time event as its every time you go. Example.. Appointment was at 5:40PM. They said it was very busy with "walk ins" and even with my appointment it would be over an hour wait. My wife and I told them no way. We questioned why take appointments if you cannot adhere to them in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward two hours later I get a call on my phone telling me it's time to come for our appointment. TWO HOURS LATER... TWO!. This was 7:40pm at night. For one we are two towns and 20 minutes away - did they really think someone was going to wait for two hours? The staff was rude and didn't at all seem to care of understand how terrible their service was and how they talked to parents in my shoes who did the right thing, got an appointment and ultimately were unable to be serviced at all. If I could give them zero stars I would.
