The nurse practitioner, Kim is AMAZING. She is so genuinely nice, caring and thoughtful. I was so nervous for my first appointment but she made me feel so well cared for and happy. Best drs appointment I’ve been to in a while!

Had my first visit today and everyone was super nice. Probably the nicest and most professional staff I’ve ever dealt with. Office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Khalil was great at explaining everything to me. Made me feel so at ease and that I’m in good hands. Even getting my blood drawn was so painless and quick. I would highly recommend them!

Called multiple times to try and book an appointment, phone doesn’t even ring and no one answers. Even left a voicemail, no call back. My suggestion-take your business anywhere else. I will be.

Dr. Vaughns delivered my second baby, and I would truly never let anyone else deliver a baby for me again! The care O received throughout my pregnancy was top notch. Both Dr. Vaughns and Dr. Khalil are very personal. They take time with you, answer any questions and explain things well. They made me feel heard and supported through my pregnancy. Highly recommend!

Worst staff ever. The front desk lady is all over the place. She doesn’t know how to schedule appointments and they kept on messing up my appointment and switch them around. The doctor knew about this and did nothing. The nurse was very rude and kept on schedule me on day I didn’t consent to and accused me of the knowledge about. She kept on hanging up the phone in my face and they lied about the doctor’s presence so many times to cover for each other. Over all the worst OBGYN office ever. I wouldn’t recommend it to even my worst enemies. This place should really shut down and pick up a better staffing

Love everyone in this office!!! Everyone is kind and professional. Dr Khalil delivered my first daughter and was phenomenal during a difficult delivery! 10 out of 10 recommend and won’t go anywhere else!

The people in the office don’t know how to take appointment, they kept on canceling my appointments over 5 times and kept on changing the time. One of the people doesn’t listen to the patient’s request. She keeps on taking and neglect the main problem. They don’t communicate enough with each other to the point, they refused to give me an appointment based on an old note that was never removed regarding to speaking to a doctor and when I asked for explanation all I got was, “you just need to speak to the doctor.” When I spoke to the doctor, she said “we already spoken.” This team is so unprofessional and I don’t feel safe getting treated there. Honestly safe yourselves and go somewhere else.
