Worst experience with receptionist and doctor. My blood pressure became high because of the interaction with the receptionist and then doctor didn’t talk nicely about my issues, dismissed everything. Never going back!

Dr. Chhatwal was horrible. She did a GYN procedure that was not necessary, and this procedure caused me long lasting pain. Would never recommend this doctor.

Dr. Chhatwal has misdiagnosed me, made comments about my weight when I was in a perfectly healthy weight-range (and knowing I had struggled with an eating disorder). She does not take my hormonal migraines seriously, and recommends I take advil for a migraine, even after expressing it does nothing. She often gets mixed up with the medications I am on and gets confused during appointments. She never checks the chart ahead of time, so most of the appointment is spent telling her what is already on the chart. I would absolutely not recommend her.

Doctor is never on time. Had a 10am appointment today and it is currently 10:45 and she is not here yet. Third time this has happened. Never bothers to look at your chart before she comes in so she has no idea why she's even seeing you. So unhappy.

Dr. Chhatwal is an excellent doctor. I have been going to her for 20+ years, and I trust her completely. She is very concerned for her patients health. I have always recommended her to friends, whom still are patients today.

Dr. Chhatwal is very knowledgeable. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the Dr is never on time. My appointment was at 11:45 the doctor didn’t arrive to the office until after 12. This was the third time this has happened. The first time was worse. I had an 11 o clock appointment again she didn’t get in to office until after 12. Very unprofessional.

My mom went to Dr.Chhatwal for a routine checkup with the assumption that being a woman of certain age they could relate. But as it turned out Dr.Chhatwal was eager to capitalize on every little bumps and symptoms claiming it could be abnormal growth or cancerous growth or the next thing. She even shamed her for not using her office for getting certain testing done when we went with out insurance covered labs. Not to mention the wait for the visit is atleast 45 minutes with the appointment.

Dr. Chhatwal is a good doctor! I have been going to her for years! She does not only show concern about your gynecological health, but your own health! She takes her time with you and carefully reviews your file while you are with her in the exam room. She also asks questions concerning updates on other necessary maintenance testing that should be done. She is not a doctor that has one foot out the door when you are spending time with her and answers any and all concerns that you may have.
