Dr Moss is just an absolutely amazing doctor. He treated my husband with compassion, dedication and dignity.

Dr. Moss is a true professional and would recommend him to anyone looking for the best of the best .

The first appointment I had with Dr Moss I waited about 5 minutes, he was very thorough when asking about my medical history and answered all my questions. The staff are all top shelf; Vanessa the Nurse is so professional, compassionate and NON judgmental. Every time I go there it’s always a pleasure and I never waited more then 5 minutes. The staff will go above and beyond the call of duty while maintaining a compassionate and professional attitude. I highly recommend this Office for anyone who is in need of their Medical services.

I just want to start by saying Dr. Vance Moss is absolutely a great doctor and human being. However I’ve never in my life have been treated so rude due to missing an appointment. I am currently bed ridden with the flu the past few days and told them I over slept for my 11:45 appt (was up all night coughing and feverish. I called them as soon as I awoke to let them know the above. I was told that I would get a call back in 1 hour, never happened. I decided to drag myself out of bed to make it there. The girls at the front desk left. I knocked and to my surprise Dr Moss answers and let’s me in. He provided me with my much need prescription and sent me on my way. I’m very grateful for him. I’m on their opiate maintenance program and if you miss a dose you get horribly sick. I received a call this morning from the front desk ladies and was treated with an extremely rude horrible attitude to say the least. So the one lady said that I need to come in and get my urine tested right away. I told her I was bed ridden and unfortunately couldn’t make it. Well that set her off yelling at me that it’s policy and so on. She ended the call with we can’t treat u anymore and is sending me a letter etc etc. The last statement that was said to me was good luck with your addiction you junky. I was at a loss of words. A doctor’s office that is supposed to help sick people, just throwing me to the streets when I’m trying to better my life. I had i hopes that this office would help me do that. The has been very traumatic for me but I’m going to stay strong and find an office that cares.

First time today for me seeing Dr Moss and I have to say as busy as his office was I was treated verry well by the doctor and staff and am very impressed at the way they handle people and appointments scheduled or even walk ins. If this was to be my only visit with this office I would have to give them 5 stars but that would leave me no where to go up. Just wanted them to know they are very appreciated and are good at what they do also I read somewhere that someone was upset about the pics of the docs in the uniform I for one think that's something to be proud of very proud and doctors I thank you both for your service

They’re by far the Best! Very professional... And Dr. Moss is caring, takes time to listen to your needs! Jenny & the nurse Practioner is beyond helpful! I cant thank them all enough... they go out of their busy, busy day to help me ... always!😉 Love you guys❣️...

I've been going to Dr Moss for a few years now. I only met him a few times, but he seems like a good a Dr. I usually see Venessa and she's great! Idk where I'd be if it wasn't for her and Jennie. Whenever I have a problem I call Jennie and she fixes it asap Thank u Jennie and Venessa You 2 r the Best!!!

Out standing & his Job. His job was well with n bad problems. After my 4 years back I had no more prostate problem. He is the best in his job. Will look for him again. Dr. Moss himself might be a good doctor, his staff however is a different story. They are just horrible. They are rude and do not do the job they are getting paid to do. We needed authorizations done that they need to do and took them over a week to do when they said they would have it ready by the same day since I had an appointment for a test the next day. They also never wrote the code or date on a prescription even though they check them at the end of the appointment. The hospital called them to have it faxed over and still be seen but of course they said 10min and 2hours later still nothing. THEY EVEN STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE!!! A week later I called the hospital to check if they ever got it..."SHOCKER"...they never got anything!

This is the 2nd time!!!!!!!!!! They "no show, no call," me on my appointment!!!!!!! I had a morning appointment a month ago, I show up, no one is there. Several phone calls later, someone gets back to me. They have changed their hours, and somehow missed calling to change my appointment. I let it go, mistakes happen. I decide to reschedule but it turned out they only have appointments in Howell NJ on Tuesday nights now. Ok I set up a 6pm appointment for when I return from vacation. I change my work schedule as I work nights to be off that night. I received no confirmation call, so I start calling around 4:30. The answering machine says they are open 12-5 but no one is answering. I leave a message. 4;40 another message. I check website, they close at 4 (you think they'd be able to keep that straight). I call the answering service. No call back. 5:30 I call because I am not driving half an hour to sit outside in the dark and no one be there. 6:06 call again NO ONE IS THERE!!!!!!!! So glad I did not drive down there for nothing!!!!!! Called the answering service again and still no call back. Once is a mistake. Twice is incompetence. If they can't be there for their own appointments, (or call to reschedule them) I can't imagine how they can handle my health issues. Will NEVER go there again. And suggest anyone else look elsewhere for a urologist.
