The customer service of this DR is very terrible. This man will be doing as if he is doing you a favor. I needed my physical for employment and I paid this man for the service, but never fill out the physical form for me. He made me miss the first and second orientation. I went there again soon as I came back from my overnight shift, only for this man to jump of conference meeting and abandoned me on the sit. He is a terrible Dr.
