Howard Kuo's Online Review Report Card

I have been taken my brother to see Dr. Kuo for 15+ years. He is always helpful and knowledgeable of what he does. He understands the problems instantly and give valuable recommendations. He is very honest doctor and give me straight honest answers. We will continue our follow-up with Dr. Kuo and seeking his medical advice.

I took my husband to visit Dr. Kuo which is recommended by our family doctor, to evaluate my husband's memory decline issue. Dr. Kuo is super professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had a real pleasant visit and feel so comfortable throughout the whole visit. I also learned a lot from Dr. Kuo in how to take better care of my husband as he getting aged. This visit benefited our whole family. If you are looking for a neurologist then you will not regret to choose Dr. Kuo. Initially I feel Dr. Kuo's office is too far away from our home, now I understand a good doctor worth every mile I drive to visit. Highly recommended.

Stay far away go to a pet vet first never in my life seen a bunch of idiots that runs this place including his unprofessional wife at the front desk

Worst so called doctor ever a fake loser and his fat wife at the desk treats you like a dog that his wife his. Stay away they hate you and are the most unperfectional humans ever

Dr. Howard Kuo is a nice doctor, but he spent less than ten minutes checking out the problem areas. It wasn't helpful. Later, we were billed almost $2000 for this short visit which is outrageous. His office staff isn't friendly and demanded payment. I would not recommend him at all. It seems they are making money off people which is a shame.

He is not following proper neurological protocol.

Dr Kuo is completely unprofessional and arrogant. He clearly said my health needs were not his primary concern. On one occasion he rudely refused to assist me with a routine script authorization. He said if I did not like his personal policy, I could seek another neurologist! He was absolutely correct as I will seek another physician !

In short, I mad an appointment to see the doctor (work related injury), After he examined me, filled out my paperwork for my job and wrote me a doctors note to be out,he wanted guarantee of payment and when I told him my personal insur. wouldn't pay, it had to go thru workers comp, he stormed out of the office raising his voice staying he didn't have time for this crap, find someone else to treat you. I am shocked and dumbfounded by his unprofessionalism, he is on the DOL OWCP physicians list.

My initial visit as a Federal Workman's comp injured patient was HORRENDOUS! I called in advance to schedule an appointment, I asked if I needed to provide any information in advance...the receptionist said no, we can get everything from you when you come. When I arrived for my appointment and filled out the paperwork, they wanted more information than I was able to supply at that time. Federal Workman's comp is a nightmare, but they should have told me in advance what they needed. I proceeded to wait an hour past my scheduled time to see the doctor, who after asking questions and a brief exam got pissed off when I told him I couldn't use my personal insurance so he was guaranteed payment. He proceeded to tell me he didn't have time for this and walked out of the examination room. I should've known by the initial interaction with the receptionist when I arrived. Also, when I asked a patient seen before me if he was a good doctor, they said it was their first visit, and they didn't seem too happy either. I wish those patients luck because I would never ever recommend this unprofessional, rude doctor to anyone EVER!!!

Excellent and Superior doctor. Have been seizure free for 11 years. Doesn't just treat the symptoms. Finds the cause and solves it.
