I had a appointment on last Thursday but the office was close they didn't call me to let me know. Now I come in today at the same doctor office and tell them the I have appointment they couldn't find my name so the nurse said Mrs Lewis have a sit it's going on two hours and nobody call me yet.

One of the best OBBGY'S in the world He delivered my 1st son c section. And he bears with my wife even though she can be a bit much She's just paranoid most of the time doctor K still answers all of her questions no matter how Weird they are we are excited we are Expecting again and of course doctor K will be the one to deliver my next child we love his work and how Professional he is

My daughter loves this office dr tells you from the jump he's very Serious about his work ] He's always on the move and delivering babies If they made awards like for the grammys for doctors he deserves 100000000000000 a lot in other words

Don’t know why they got a phone because they don’t answer. And if they do they’ll let the phone ring out 20x before they do. I had an appointment and they was texting me reminders but put a whole different address in the text.

I’ve been going to this doctor since I was 16 years old, I’m 31 now. I absolutely love Dr.K. He’s the best! Always upfront keeps me informed and helps me understand everything about my visit.

Never pick up the phone

If they have 0 star I would do 0, this place is a mess everyone get schedule the same time 9:15,9:30,945, the doctor will arrive at 11, the entrance on grove Street is closed so you need to go all away around, they leave your documents on everyone view, was there for 3 hours and need to go never get the service I was there for, the place is hot on summer

I had a doctors appointment scheduled and I even received notification reminders leading up to the appointment for today. When I showed up to the doctors office the security informed me that they were closed for today . I was not aware nor did I receive any messages implying that they were going to be closed today. So unprofessional.

This is the WORST doctors office ever. If you can avoid this place by all means. The office says they open at 9am but the earliest appointment you can get is 10:00am, 10:15am or 10:30ish they always over book the appointments. The doctor doesn't come in until almost 11am EVERYDAY and when he does come in her rushes through the appointment and catches an attitude if you ask to many questions. I had an appointment a few days ago for my prenatal visit. I am 34weeks pregnant and when I get there the staff and the doctor got into an argument and the ENTIRE staff including the doctor walked out. No one locked up. They left patients charts all over the counter and they just left. No follow up appointment was made or anything. Now at 34 weeks pregnant I have to find a whole new doctor to deliver my baby. Which is super hard to do this late in my pregnancy. Not sure if the office has reopened once the staff walked out but a doctor and a staff that could do their patients like this in final days of pregnancy I could NEVER return to. If you can please avoid this place.

The WORST OBGYN experience ever from top to bottom. The staff is completely unprofessional. They neglect the phone lines and let the calls ring out. Kusnierz is always late to appointments and comes and goes as he pleases. He knows he can only do this in an urban environment. He would never try this elsewhere. Disgusting. Would never recommend!
