The office staff gave my family the run around for a week to obtain documents needed to enroll my child in daycare. First, we were given records for another child (HIPPA violation). Upon return we gave specific instructions on what we needed. We were told the paperwork would be completed by the next day. We returned to the office to retrieve documents only to be told they could not give us what was requested and withheld our child’s enrollment form strong arming us until we signed another document. The document did not even help us get our son enrolled. Time off of work was wasted going back and forth for the run around and unprofessional behavior of the front desk.

Wow incredible at Dr. Pierre Léger Everything looks 👀 and clean no time to waste. not a lot of patients. Just 💺 for only 5 minutes all the parents who have good taste should bring the children there.

Yesterday, I saw one of the doctors working there: Dr. Francois (I used to see him when he had his own clinic) with my 3 children. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and good with children. Dr. Leger, the nurse (very good with children as well) and the receptionist (although it took her sometimes to acknowledge me and didn't greet me) were all respectful except for that young guy (I am not sure what his job is). He yelled at me trying to make me understand that on the form (first time patient) where it says "subscriber details" I should write down my own information (mother) because I am the subscriber (which also means parents according to him) while my children have their own insurance under their own name. Anyway, I was tired and hungry (I had a very busy day) so I didn't argue with him. I am still wondering whether I am going back there or not. But one thing is certain, you should go see Dr. Francois if you need a doctor that really cares about your children and knows what he is doing, and you can disregard the rudeness of certain people there. By the way, the clinic wasn't dirty but it wasn't clean either.
