After being in the emergency room for 12 hours, I was told to follow up with my primary doctor ASAP. The only availability even coming from the emergency room was Friday, totaling up to 5 days had to wait. I went to the doctor, waited for over an hour with an appointment & was told to call for my blood work results. It’s been over a week, haven’t received my results, a call back or anything for that matter. To make matters worst, I was told the doctor called me but was unable to get through, which was untrue.

I have worked with Dr Banigo 30 years and the last 4 years he has been my primary doctor. He is kind considerate and very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and really cares. I would highly recommend him!!

This is by far the worst doctor office I have been to, one of the Receptionist has a nasty attitude they put you on hold forever for nothing you sit in there a whole workday just to be in the back for 15 minutes the doctor is trash he’s a what they call that a quack

He doesn't care about patients. Only gives you very weak pain meds. Doesn't listen, and much more.

I was sent for a sleep study my test came back as I was informed by the sleep study center on Jan 12,2017 I have notified my physician on my study &qhen should I receive the cpap machine well after several weeks I was informed to locate a provider I've done so informed the physician's office with all needed information awaiting my physician to provide them with the needed paperwork to proceed with the provider on the needed machine well we're going on a month nothing has been done (WOW) still propped in a recliner
