List of Ent And Allergy Associates - Woodbridge's Reviews
I wanted to post a higher review, I really did. You have to book online which I wasn't crazy about. That wasn't the big issue, I dealt with it and they were accommodating in booking my appointment. The issue came to the billing side. I was not aware of what they were coding my visit as and my coverage. Even with my insurance coverage, I ended up getting invoiced personally a higher dollar amount than my insurance covered. Seems odd that I would pay more towards a routine visit then my insurance company would, usually they would be a small out-of-pocket if any.. Someone called me once, and only once to follow up. I let her know I had to discuss this my insurance or she should resubmit it because I felt as if something was wrong. Everything went quiet and then next thing I know they put me on collections without telling me they were going to do so. It was not a large amount and I probably have that much cash in my pocket as I type this. Explore your other options because this is kind of shady the way they do the billing and they don't communicate properly. I did submit a claim through my insurance so the balance should be paid out of a flexible spending account account. I'm going to have to take time out of my day and follow up again with them just to ensure because I know they won't. You are just a piece of cattle, not a person to them. Very corporate and cold.
If you need an ear doctor, don’t see Dr Mazzoni. He told me many times during my 2 visits the other younger doctor is more qualified than him. Wasted my time with the second visit when it should’ve been with the better younger doctor. This man went online on his phone and showed me the drops I could buy myself to fix the problem but still was pushing a ct scan. Just likes to hear himself talk. Save yourself some time and schedule a visit with the younger doctor- never even got his name but according to my consult, he’s in his 40s.
❌ SCAM - Predatory billing in Simple Allergy Skin Test — be careful. I was told that I had to have a skin prick allergy test at this office during the visit. I was shocked to receive a bill for $1085.24 — even after insurance only paid $157. I checked FairHealthConsumer.org, and the typical in-network price in ZIP code 08830 is only $97. That’s more than a 10x markup. Please see the photo. The billing office refused to negotiate or explain the charges. This feels like exploitative pricing and a lack of transparency. Pick Pocket!
ENT @ this site is awesome. They try to ensure your appointment is respected. Doctor Niyogi's customer service is the Best!
Not recommended. Everything about Dr. Mazzoni was rude. The way he spoke, his body language, just his entire demeanor was unfriendly. To be honest, I haven’t seen this level of arrogance from a doctor in a very long time. So, it’s a no from me. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and kind though. At least that was a plus.
Edit - Downgrading my 3 star to a 1 star as even after waiting for 40 minutes, we weren't called in. Dr. Mazar- what a disappointment. Meanwhile, 11 (no exaggeration - I counted) other patients who were there before AND after us were seen while we were waiting. No thank you, ENT Associates - good luck with treating patients like commodities and not stepping up on patient care. I have sn appointment for another practice within 48 hours. This practice is notorious for overscheduling slots. The patient is expected to show up 15 minutes early but the doctors can be as late as they want. This is not an issue just with this office but the regularity they do it with shows where their priorities lie - not in the patient experience but in making the bottom line. It's hard to say anything negative about the doctors or front staff as they have their own quotas to meet no doubt.
Dr. Huang was a good listener and was very concerned about doing his job safely and effectively. He was gracious when given a compliment and showed a good sense of humor.
Horrible and a scam. Prior to scheduling my appointment I asked several times if my child was old enough for a skin test and they assured me he was. However, when I showed up I waited one hour to get into a room then I waited another hour for the doctor to come in just to tell me that my child was too young for a skin test. They wasted a ton of my time and my $35 copay. Never again. Do not waste your time and money too, go elsewhere.
The billing department is an absolute joke. I paid my copayment and my insurance covered the rest. I then received a collection notice for the $35 copayment with no other communication. The service is an absolute joke. I would recommend that you NEVER use ENT and Allergy Associates considering the billing issues.
The waiting room is large and bright and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Rosin was wonderful. The audiologist was great. I went about 11:30 and hardly waited for anything. I got earwax removed, and my hearing is so clear and phenomenal now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
