The whole staff is very friendly and professional. I was there for three months and they exceeded my expectations. If I ever needed physical therapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I have been a patient of Jag-One Physical Therapy for three months now, I underwent Acl reconstruction surgery, and the rehab process at jagone is outstanding! The staff is very friendly and respectful! And I look forward to going in to my appointments!

Every person on staff at JagOne is wonderful! They are EACH (Mina, Katie, Manuel, Brianna) kind, understanding, light hearted, and pleasant to be around. They treat their patients like humans…and they actually listen to what the patient is saying. I had a hard time finding PT for my son, so I was grateful to learn that they treat children. Now that we’ve been with them for a few months, I’m happy to say they are fantastic! When my 8yo is being an 8yo, they are patient with him and work with him so that he is comfortable. He is my most precious asset and I trust them with him. I’d recommend them to anyone anytime!

Mina is an excellent physical therapist! He is very knowledgeable, skillful, compassionate, and also personable with a great sense of humor. He explains the purpose of each exercise and what to expect. For the first time in years I have pain relief and a better quality of life - something I did not believe was possible. His assistant Sara is also great. Angie at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Every visit has been an excellent experience. I highly recommend Jag-One in Jackson.

Jag-One Physical Therapy is a great place to get better. Mina, the director and main physical therapist, is well educated and trained in all conditions and how to treat them. He also has a great personality, sense of humor, and is an overall nice guy. Angie, at the front desk, is easy going and helpful with all the administrative aspects. I am happy I chose this practice for my physical therapy needs.
