I have seen Dr Richards a few time in the past three years. Three years ago I had a very positive impression. The last time I went was two weeks ago. The whole process was rushed with the Dr speaking to me in the hallway, not listening to what I had to say and his office never got back to me about the bloodwork he did.

Dr Richards has been my Dr for many years and every time I have seen him he was always pleasant took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. I never felt like he was talking down to me like other Drs I have been to. Even when I needed to get in on short notice that also was never an issue. He is someone I am always recommending.

Dr. Richards and his staff are wonderful. They understand the issues with kidney stones and have been proactive with me in my treatment to help try and prevent future stones from forming. He is very knowledgeable and most especially takes the time to listen to your concerns and discuss treatment options with you. I have recommended him to friends several times over the past few years and they all come away with the same impression.

Dr. Richards is very professional and caring. He scheduled my procedure for a kidney stone promptly so I could travel on break with my team. He called me the next day after the procedure to see how I was doing. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything.

Dr. & PA are good. staff is stupid. One left me a voice mail with an attitude and was stupid on the subject. The person who also relayed the message is incompetent. I shall find another doctor. I cannot tolerate a crappy staff from another doctor. It is too much work and frustration to try & fix stupid.
