Ahmed Abubakar's Online Review Report Card

Dr Shaik Abubakar was so kind and so was the staff. I made an appointment last minute but was seen with no issues or wait. Conveniently located near pharmacies too. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Demyelinating Disease so I see a few doctors throughout the year and forget my PCP trying to take care of everything else but I'm happy I picked this office for my primary care. To suffer from health issues at a young age you know when you are in a good health office or not.

This the worst DR please don’t waste your time with this guy

A pretty terrifying experience TBH. I saw this doc twice in November 2022 with a lump in my neck. I was very grateful for the immediate appointments, but both times I had to wait over 2 hours for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes. After sending me for a scan and bloodwork, he told me he thought it was (most) likely cancer, and that there wasn't anyone more specialized I could see at this stage. He said that I should find a general surgeon for a biopsy and come back to him for the results. I found an ear, nose and throat specialist who took the time to look at my blood work from the previous year, consider my recent medical history and determined that the location of the lump was very unusual for cancer. My biopsy then confirmed that the lump was not cancer. In short, it feels like Dr. Abubakar is drowning under his load of patients and does not have the time to fully assess their problems. His rushed bedside manner lacks empathy, but most frustratingly he seems hesitant to refer his patients to specialists.

I called to set up a appointment and they asked what are my symptoms so I told them it’s. A normal cold and they told me i can’t make one cus they think I have covid like come on now!! Yah ever heard of a regular cold smh not everything is covid get a grip

Este doctor como que no tiene mucha experiencia debido a que es joven.no sabe su trabajo ,y creo que se equivoco de profesión. Tengo un problema de salud y no presta atención a lo que se le explica.y tengo muchas cosas más que decir de él muy malas,pero aquí no puedo.cero estrella para este patán y mal educado doctor. Es muy rude.

Both father and son are fantastic! Both have two different personalities. The Father is straight to the point, the don will take more time to explain things but still both have helped myself and my girlfriend very much and the staff is very nice to us. Thank you guys!

This has to be the worst doctor to go to on the planet Earth. The son doctor does not like to work at all, he refuses to work on patients even when Carmen assigns him work. The father doctor refused to see me even when he is my primary care doctor and made me wait for 3 HOURS. I’m extremely disappointed in this place. I’ve had to have an attorney contact this place to get a reimbursement for messing up paperwork on one of my surgeries that lost me my surgery date. He had to pay $500 in a rescheduling fee. I will never go here again and hope this place gets shut down.

I have been calling this doctor office for a week now and no answer. Today alone in past hour I have called 15 time's. What is the problem with answering the phone??

The younger doctor here is absolute disgusting. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called him to speak about an issue, he was loud and nasty with me. He even hung up in my face. I don’t recommend going here. They treat their patients like robots and they have no sympathy. They have no regard for human emotion. Horrible experience. This is my 5th time experiencing something like this. It’s shocking.
