He is such a good doctor.

Dr. Ahmed is a great doctor. But he seems too stressed out. He needs better support staff so he doesn’t have to have a mental breakdown on my pregnant wife and the following doesn’t happen to someone else: 1. Said know I have to sit with the staff and go over everything that happened and “SCREW MY FAMILY” 2. Said this is a waste of time discussing the incompetent and rude staff 3. If you don’t like your visits here go somewhere else 4. Said his wife left the job as manager due to too much drama, said his wife was office manager and couldn’t keep her due to problems between his staff and his wife all in which is irrelevant to the care of my wife, but nonetheless supports his irrational behavior. 5. He had a court issue due to one of his technicians getting in an argument with a customer and police was involved 6. Said he can’t talk to his technicians about anything because he is afraid to lose them because he can’t find anyone to hire 7. Said Staff will hold a grudge if you come next time 8. Staff took down wrong medical Information and doctor backed them up and said it was a mistake *Pending complaint to the board and department of health*

One of the best doctor I have ever met. He is not only proficient in his work but does feel the patient state of mind and responds accordingly. The front office staff is also cooperative and understanding. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for all he has done for us. I feel lucky to have met him. He is truly the best!!!!

I had a bad experience with doctor Ahmed yousry on 3/13/2023 I’m pregnant and I have my Appointment today for my 14 weeks checkup at 3:15 pm they have me wait for 2 hours , first they don’t Accept my 5 years old to be at the office , second they have me wait on the hall way standing for 30 min than it become an hours I was down on the waiting area for the hospital I decided to call to check after 1 hour…on the phone they put me on hold for long time and when they decided to see me they check me in on the room waiting for doctor for an other hour😱 this was the worse doctor appointment I ever had as a pregnant woman, every time they scheduled appointment the service is low they make you wait for longtime…the nurses on front desk are not professional at all…after 2 hours I decided to leave the doctor office with my 5 years old and the front desk follow me said oh just wait you will be seeing next just come back and I say I hear this for all most 2 hour I don’t know how they function when you give your patient an appointment on certain time it has to be seeing on exact time , this office they need to be more professional and organized than they are….is a boushit they just waist my time and my day…I will not recommend this doctor to anyone.I decided not to continue with this doctor . Doctor yousri he is good doctor but I guess he need to change his team to more respectful, patient , kind , professional team those girls they need more training and they need to work on patient satisfaction and development and leadership and how to communicate with patients and the policy has to be polite and better than they doing now. Bad bad day today I missed a day of my work day and I take my child out of school early just to be on time for my appointment but I end up not being seeing what a shame .

Dr. Yousry started as our OBGYN, but is now family. He was with us every step of the way for our daughter's birth, and was so clearly invested in the well being of my wife and child. I literally cannot find the words to express how much I value his abilities, knowledge, bedside manner, care, and engagement. We are so lucky to have found him, and will miss getting to see him on a regular basis now that our daughter is here. The staff at his office (Michelle, Giselle, and Mary) are amazing as well, and could not have been kinder to us. Thank you Dr. Yousry!

He’s my doctor from 12 years ago. He’s.a very very very good doctor and he makes me feel safe. He’s the best doctor. I had a big problem and he fixed it. Now I’m pregnant. I recommend it a lot. He’s very clever and smart.

Dr.Yousry is the best! I love him, he delivered all 3 of my kids. All the women in my family go to him. He answers all questions, understands your concerns, and explains everything to you. Dr. Yousry and his staff feel like family. I recommend him to every women I know!

I wish I could give him 10 starts Doctor Ahmed is my doctor since 2015 he’s the best, the most honest, he’s very talented and has a lot of experience I recommend him 100%

I can’t thank Dr. Yousry enough for supporting me throughout my pregnancy journey. He is gem of a person and an OBGYN who loves his profession. I delivered my baby yesterday and this is the first thing I wanted to do. I had early labor pains but they were extremely painful that I gave up for normal delivery and asked him to do a C-section instead, just to get rid to pains. But he said.. I wouldn’t advise this to any family member of mine. Also, I don’t want you to come back later with a C-section pain and say that we didn’t try enough. Those words gave me physical and mental support to bear the pain and finally I delivered normally. Additionally, on the day of delivery, he himself dragged my bed from OBGYN triage to the delivery room, didn’t even think once that this is not his job as a surgeon and could have waited for ward boy/nurse. Furthermore, to fasten the process looking at my condition, he saved us from all the unnecessary paper work that was already done twice. I can write endlessly about him but now my newborn is awake and needs my attention. Thank you so much Dr. for everything!!! 😊😊
