This place is a pig stine. The whole place is sooo dirty and unliveable. My uncle was transported at 1am this morning to this facility and called me immediately to come pick him up. Once I got there, I couldnt believe my eyes. The beds smelled urinated, pillows have no pillow cases, theres only one thin sheet covering the stink mattress, no blanket to cover yourself, just a thin sheet again. The floor is broken, holes all in the walls, broken dressers, floor is soo yellow and stained. Let me not even mention the bathroom! It has garbage everywhere. The smell of the place is unbareable. I would never ever recommend anyone to put their loved ones in here !!

I had to put my very elderly Aunt in The Atrium. It is a very good place. The staff on the fourth floor are kind and attentive. On all my visits I have seen them to be very interactive with the residents. The admissions lady Lili is a doll. She gets things done and handled all the paperwork needed. She made the process seamless and handled everything that needed to be done.

I was lucky enough to move my mom here over a year ago. While other places might look good in an initial visit I have learned that the quality of the entire staff and their caring and compassion is the most important thing. Her aides literally do a better job than I could. I am grateful every day that mom is getting such great care.
