Do not call to get an appointment. They will just put you on hold indefinitely until the music stop and you hear a busy signal.

I currently use Dr Dizon as both my primary and gastro. She is listened to all my concerns, explained to me my health problems, medications and ultimatums. She is very caring and helpful. The wait time is a bit much but worth it. I love that I have a doctor that service all my needs besides dental and obgyn.

April 2017_ I've tried for weeks to get the staff to return a call to book my appointment! I had a procedure with Dr Dizon 3+ years ago. Since I couldn't get thru I've scheduled with another doctor in another practice who would like a copy of my records! His staffer has called asking for a copy but no one returns her call. Don't go to this practice, the support staff are inept!

I went to Dr Dizon 3+ years ago and now need a follow-up visit and procedure. She was fine then. But now I find her front office is horrendous. No one answers the phone! I've been trying to make an appointment for 2+ weeks now and have left 4 voice mails & faxed in a note. No response! Dr Dizon has zero presence on social media. Her medical practice has no website even though there're several doctors in the practice!! My only option is to go to her office during business hours to make an appointment OR go to another doctor outside of that practice. I'm going to another doctor! His receptionist picked up after 3 rings and I made an appointment! Wow! A functional office....

i would not recommend Dr Dizon to anyone i care about. i've seen many medical doctors in my lifetime & my experience with Dr Dizon was the worst. i went to see her for 1 prescription & nothing else. she repeatedly asked me the same questions over & over again. i would give her an answer & she would totally disregard my response. she put pressure on me to get a physical exam with her & also get blood/urine tests with her. when i said no, she refused to accept my answer & tried to bully me.

I wait 2 hours for a 10-minute consultation. she didn't take enough time for a check up or something useful. The entire experience with this doctor has been totally disappointing.
