Great staff,clean office!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, turn up and they are closed. No notice given. Phones not answered on the day of appointment either.

Dr. Syed has been my family doctor for many years. He is kind, considerate and very thorough. He takes his time and ensures that he has covered all the bases when seeing patients. He is culturally aware and sensitive, and his holistic approach to treatment is reassuring.

I found Dr Syed Amer office very professional and efficient, my appointment was meet on time, I was treated with a very professional and respectful staff, lovely courtesy and professional attitude. Dr Syed meet all my needs with absolute knowledge and I felt very confident that I had the right doctor😊

Always explained me everything. And help me understanding about medications, always respond to my message’s. Never had a problem scheduling an appointment, the girls at front desk are sweet and friendly. Plus the nurse is an amazing guy.

Where do I start with my support , praise , and love for Dr Amer ? Dr Amer has not only treated me through the years as my primary physician , but he’s cared for and treated the most important people in my life ( mom & wife ) . I myself were diagnosed with hypothyroidism and not so great bloodwork results. Dr Amer sat me down in his office , and explained a game plan of medication that would help to get my levels back in normal range . I followed his advice on the medication and today my levels are in normal range . While approaching 50 years of age I’m glad I have Dr Amer on my side of good health . I trust him , and respect his opinion on medicine. I am forever grateful.

The people are very nice the office is very clean. And the doctor takes His. time with his patience.he is a wonderful doctor the little time that I been with him .

I’m very satisfied with Dr Syed’s treatment and my few visits with him. He’s courteous, very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. You feel he really cares about your progress and his recommendations on meds and other things have worked for me. I have recommended him to my children and others

Dr Syed is great. He's attentive, knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable at your appointments. The receptionist, however, is severely lacking. I was referred to a physical therapist and they needed my prescription from the doctor. I asked the receptionist 3 times to send the referral. Each time, she said she would and she didn't. She also said she'd give me a call back and she never did. When it comes time for my physical therapy session, they said they can't see me without a prescription. Not sure how hard it is to fax over a prescription. You are also met with an attitude if you try to confirm that things will be done.
