I tried calling the doctor and his assistant or person who picks up the phone Aida is the rudest person. She hung up on me 3 times. Kept giving me an attitude. Did not help me and kept telling me misleading information. I hope this lady gets fired. We need people with patience at the offices not people who are frustrated and take it out on patients. If I can give the office a negative star I would.

I have nothing but respect for the doctor, he is very smart and can tell you what you have immediately as soon as he looks at it or feels it. My experience with him and the office has been great I sincerely highly recommend him.

Dr. Arago is a kind, compassionate physician who has so much knowledge and it shows in his skills as a surgeon. I was referred from a nurse at one of the hospitals he works in and I'm very glad she suggested him. he was the best!

When I went for the first time for a check up, I could not believe how warm and easy going Dr. Arago was to me. I felt so comfortable that I was no longer scared. I love my doctor and very time I cry because I am nervous, he tells me a joke and makes me laugh and then I feel better. If anyone is looking for a great doctor just come for the first time and you will be back.... Love you....my mother is also his patient. I have been his patient for over 8 yrs.

I HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING THIS DOCTOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO AT THE HOSPITAL. I WAS ADMITTED THROUGH THE ER FOR PAIN DUE TO A GALLSTONE. THEY ADMITTED ME BECAUSE THIS WONDERFUL DOCTOR FELT THAT BEST AND ONLY OPTION FOR ME IS SURGERY. HE BASCIALLY TOLD ME THAT MY ONLY OPTION WAS TO REMOVE THE ORGAN AND THAT WOULD SOLVE ALL OF MY ISSUES. WHEN I ADVISED HIM THAT I WANTED TO EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS HE MADE IT SEEM AS IF THERE ARE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES THAT EXIST IN TREATMENT OF A GALLSTONE. I ULTIMATELY TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT THE SURGERY AND HE WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS AT ALL. HE HAD SEVERAL STAFF COME AND TRY TO TALK ME OUT OF IT AND WHEN HE REALIZED THAT I WASN'T INTERESTED IN CHANGING MIND HE HAD ME SIGN AN AMA OUT OF THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE FORM TO ME OR ANYTHING ELSE. HE BASICALLY ME BOOTED OUT THE HOSPITAL WITH NO ADVISEMENT. SAFE TO SAY THIS MAN WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH CUTTING ME AND GETTING PAID FOR IT THEN MY HEALTH AND THE BEST OPTIONS FOR ME. AND ITS WONDERFUL TO KNOW THAT HE WAS GOING TO DO ALL OF THIS WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. SO IF YOU WANT A DOCTOR WHO IS WILLING TO CUT YOU WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED, HE IS THE MAN FOR YOU!!
