Love dr mangia but the telefono18 service how they operate is very poor..when I call most of the time if is not maiden that amswer I will be holding on the ohone for 6 min or more to schedule an appt..again LOVEdr mangia just the phone handdling

Same experience with others. Doctor himself is good. His stuffs are super rude!!!!!! Doesn’t care about patient at all!!!!! If I die, it is caused by that woman!!!

The Dr himself is very good, but his staff is very unprofessional and rude; my mom had an appointment for which she waited a month, they called her a day prior to it and said she has to be reschedule for another two weeks. They said the dr was going away and he won't be able to see patients that day, instead of accommodating those patients on the soonest day the doctor will be there they are making them wait two more weeks, when we asked why aren't they moving the other patients to accommodate them their reply was that is too much work and they are too tired. If you don't want to do your job then you shouldn't work there.

After waiting over a month to get an appointment to get meds I'm not supposed to come off of, I finally came to see this Dr only to be told they won't see me because I did not have cash on me, which was never mentioned previously. My option was to kill another couple hours (I was supposed to go into work when I was done at his office) to go to an ATM and get cash or, you guessed it - reschedule. I would rather disease take me to the grave than to give this Dr a cent of my money.

Rude! Lack of communication! failed to say patient needed a referral! Leslie stated " it the patients Responsibility to obtain! Long wait for Appointment and then canceled due to them not informing the patient or the facility he was at that a referral was needed upon confirming appt. When looked at hospital inpatient billing Dr put he visited patient daily and only saw him once or twice!! I am in health care field and over all staff members are not professional or an advocate for the patient and their needs!

friendly staff , dr. mangia listens to your medical concerns and adv,ises according also will run complete medical tests if he has any concerns, been with him for years

Exactly what I wanted in a primary care physician. Dr. Mangia is caring, thoughtful, and thorough. He carefully reviewed my charts and listened to all of my concerns. He is a true physician. I wish all of my doctors were like him. Additionally, the staff in his office are extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Mangia and feel very safe being under his care.

Dr. Mangia’s prescription was helpful to my medical condition. But the wait time to see the doctor is horrible. Right now I’m waiting 2 hours and still waiting to see him. And this not the first time this happened, I’m coming over here for a year now.Receiptionst is not helpful, occasionally rude and annoyed to answer any questions. No consideration or respect of patients’ time table. Pretty much ‘I don’t care’ attitude.I understand if we don’t like our job we may act that way, but we are patients with difficult health conditions, we go to see the doctor to get well.This is very upsetting when I/we receive neglated response from a doctors office.

Dr Mangia has been my dr since 1994. He's always been honest and a real gentleman with me. He's always there for you when you need him.
