Worst doctor and doctor's office possible! I wanted to upgrade my daily prescription from monthly to three months since its cheaper that way they never returned my calls or upgraded my prescription. I called them at least 10 times I bet!

Worst doctor ever! I called in at least 10 times to get my daily prescription upgraded from a monthly to three months since that was cheaper but they never returned my calls or upgraded my prescription ever. I am stuck since I have to wait for the insurance year to be over before I can do another claim.

Love dr mangia but the telefono18 service how they operate is very poor..when I call most of the time if is not maiden that amswer I will be holding on the ohone for 6 min or more to schedule an appt..again LOVEdr mangia just the phone handdling

Same experience with others. Doctor himself is good. His stuffs are super rude!!!!!! Doesn’t care about patient at all!!!!! If I die, it is caused by that woman!!!

The Dr himself is very good, but his staff is very unprofessional and rude; my mom had an appointment for which she waited a month, they called her a day prior to it and said she has to be reschedule for another two weeks. They said the dr was going away and he won't be able to see patients that day, instead of accommodating those patients on the soonest day the doctor will be there they are making them wait two more weeks, when we asked why aren't they moving the other patients to accommodate them their reply was that is too much work and they are too tired. If you don't want to do your job then you shouldn't work there.

Rude! Lack of communication! failed to say patient needed a referral! Leslie stated " it the patients Responsibility to obtain! Long wait for Appointment and then canceled due to them not informing the patient or the facility he was at that a referral was needed upon confirming appt. When looked at hospital inpatient billing Dr put he visited patient daily and only saw him once or twice!! I am in health care field and over all staff members are not professional or an advocate for the patient and their needs!
