She does not give the necessary attention to the patients, I have been dealing with her for almost 2 years and I have only seen her 2 times whenever I go, she sends another person to my office.

Service is horrible, put me on hold 2 times for over 8 min when I finally got on the phone no help the doctor don't even speak to you on the phone they don't care about the patients you're just an other number . The front desk service is the worst they actually hung up the phone when I asked to speak to the Doctor

The most professional and courteous people in this office are the people who take ur weight, temperature etc., the front desk staff is rude if they acknowledge u at all, I've been going to Dr Mayorquin for 3-4 yrs I've seen her twice and both times she was cold and condescending, always sends interns in to "practice" on patients I am done, visit this office at ur own risk

The most condescending doctor I ever met. She did not listen to anything I had to say and she spoke to me as though I am a nobody, she didn’t even try to fake it, she was very blatant.

Awful office team and a really bad experience with Dr Mayorquin. I’ve been seeing her for the past few years and everything always seems to be a problem when trying to reach her, or get anything from her. The assistants who work in her office are unhelpful and sometimes even rude. The few times that I’ve needed help, the answer is always no. No appointments available, no time for a call, no prescriptions by mail, no to everything. The last straw was arriving to my ultrasound appointment last week, only to find out that they never sent the prescription. Such disorganization and lack of interest is very typical at this office. What’s the point of having a Dr if she is never available for you? This is definitely not what you need from a primary physician and for this reason, I’m out.

The office is very clean but the doctor keep me waiting for 2 hours and never showed her face and the APN came instead I mean I been there 4 times and Dr Mayorquin I haven’t never seen her and all she does is to push medication and blood work. The worst!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mayorquin since she was located at 377 Jersey Avenue behind JC Medical Center. Been a patient for over 7 years. I like this location because there is free parking and they do virtual visits if needed. So far no complaints. If I ever feel rushed I will let her know. The receptionists need to schedule patients so the doctor has enough one on one with their patients and some patients require more time than others. So far I'm pleased with her an will continue to see her. It's now a learning hospital where she is so sometimes they will schedule you with interns/doctors in training, etc. However, I make my appointment specifically for Dr. Mayorquin because we have history and because of history.
