Very friendly staff

Very friendly and put me at ease while I was there.

I cant really share anything because no one answers the phones!!!!!! I was given a referral by my primary physician but I can make an appointment because for a week straight no one answers the phone. And I have left several messages without a response.

They obviously don't care for the reviews because guess what they still never pick up the phone, went yesterday at 5pm weren't open, call all day...never pick up..

Can there be an alternate number because this place NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Do you know how frustrating this is when your dealing with things on a time sensitive basis! Im sure this office loses a lot of business just from the unanswered calls alone. The drs are great but whoever mans the phones are doing a terrible job.

I have been calling this office for months on behalf of my elderly aunt. THEY NEVER ANSWER. NOME OF THE 4 EXTENSIONS ARE EVER ANSWERED. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in my almost 39 years. Scrap the entire staff and start over.

Very Unprofessional staff, I have spoken to Johanny, and Iris and they both have that "I don't care" attitude. The office NEVER answer the phones, you can contact any of the extensions from 1-4 and they never answer it says to leave a message or call back, but even when you do they never call back. They all have an attitude and are not welcoming at all. I wish the doctor's would realize the kind of staff they have but unfortunately I don't think they know. Besides the staff i believe the doctor's are wonderful, but their staff is what makes me now want to refer any one there!

I currently use Dr Dizon as both my primary and gastro. She is listened to all my concerns, explained to me my health problems, medications and ultimatums. She is very caring and helpful. The wait time is a bit much but worth it. I love that I have a doctor that service all my needs besides dental and obgyn.

The doctor is knowledgeable and she helped me with my Acid Reflux condition. Great job!

After asking multiple times if my insurance will cover the procedure, the assistants told me that it does. After all the hassle of getting my blood taken from a different facility and paying money for that, and after getting my medication to prep for the procedure, and also taking a day off work for the preparation. I get a call back a day before the procedure from the doctor, after I drank all medication, and they tell me that the insurance does not cover it. I did not have the money to pay for procedure and was extremely happy when they told I was fully covered but got let down. After all that non-sense they send me a bill for "Consultation." This office has no idea what they are doing and I would not recommend it anyone. Not only did I lose money from losing 2 days off work but I also spent money on getting my blood taken, the medicine, and now I have to pay this bill for their false information initially.
