Excellent md !!! ( staff needs work)

I just had a vasectomy done by Dr. Hajjar & I must say he did a heckuva job making this procedure feel seamless. He was thorough with explanations & FAQs, and I felt relaxed at the end of talking about such a procedure at the consultation. The vasectomy, itself, was a quick [12 minutes] w/ no complications. His assistants had a cool vibe, where we were all conversing lightly (outside of the brief wincing due to the local anesthesia application). The after-effects feel like a kick in the nuts (this was discussed, which a couple of Tylenol & periodic icing), but everything is clean. I walked outta there & drove myself home. I recommend Dr. Hajjar (at the 631 Grand St. Jersey City location, though).

Worst doctor experience, not just for urology, but in general ever... doctor was listening to all my explained symptoms, issues... left the room for a minute... came back, asked if I was disabled (guessing he went and looked at my filled out form, and saw Medicare I'm assuming), then came back and began dismissing all my complaints, while non-stop smiling and laughing, and told me my issues were in my head, anxiety related. When I can literally produce photos of the cauliflower puffy foreskin I regularly am awoken with, along a litany of other issues... he smiled and laughed the rest of the way, the next 5 minutes I was there after he returned to the room from what I assume was checking my chart. Thanks doc

The doctor is amazing!

I like this doctor, very nice, efficient and informative. The staff is friendly and reliable. I highly recommend this practice.

The Dr. is very smart and nice but his staff is awful. Somehow my prescription never got ordered and the staff was absolutely awful in helping me get my medicine that I desperately needed to start fighting off an infection. They went from assuring me it would be sent in a couple hours after the visit, to saying then it would be sent over by the end of the day and available next morning. When I called my pharmacy in the morning it still wasn’t there. Had to call them back again and wait another 4-5 hours until it was finally approved. All of this and they wouldn’t just give me the paper prescription so I could do it myself. It’s “all online”. Beware once they take your money they don’t care about your health.

Dr. Hajjar himself is a great doctor, highly recommended him. However, the experience with his staff (both locations) to obtain a simple medication refill has been an absolute nightmare. They do not return calls, they are not efficient and they have absolutely NO concern for their patients. My husband and I have called multiple times and no response. We are going on almost 3 weeks of waiting for a refill to be properly issued and no one has followed up. The “supervisor” is doing everything but supervising…If you actually care about your health and maintaining a treatment, I’d recommend you stay away from this place.

If I could give 0 star, I would. First, they will not call you back at all. I have keep calling to speak the doctor with my lab results. No call back at all. I tried 5 days!. Secondly they sent labs (not medical necessary) to out of work labs. Please do not use this doctor.

Excellent staff and service. Dr. Hajjar was an incredible doctor. I struggled with a kidney stone for two months before I came across Dr. Hajjar. In a matter of days I was relieved of both the stone and its effects. Everyone was very supportive and always there if I needed any assistance. I actually texted Dr. Hajjar at 6 a.m. while in pain, requesting a removal procedure ASAP, and he got me in 2 days after. While I hope no one has to deal with kidney stones and related issues, if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Hajjar.
