She was very rude both times I saw her... She even argued with me about a follow-up appt that I didn't schedule when it turned out that she was looking at the wrong chart. I like Dr. Lipert and Dr. Nagorna and avoid Mangosing at all costs.

i had no problem w/the Dr. Mangosing or Dr. Ansay.. I have a problem w/this office though. the phone just rings and rings, and rings. they have like 4 different #'s. i had 201.432.4600 opt 6. I've left msgs and i haven't received a return call as of yet. there office hours are no good.. they open from 10 - 2pm and the telephone manners of the receptionist is atrocious.. where did they get their customer service skills from? Just got a new #. it's 201.369.3226

She has major communication problem. I felt like talking to ESL student. Though our appointment went fine as there are no major issues to talk about. But I feel when we have some thing to discuss in furture she may not be able to explain and understand us. I would skip or avoid her as much possible.

Don't even bother trying to make an appointment with Emma Mangosing at Total Care Pediatrics (115 Christopher Columbus Drive). I have left THREE phone messages within the space of one week to have them call me back to schedule an appointment, but no response to date. This leaves me very concerned regarding emergency situations and availability of doctor and staff. I can't comment on Emma's actual knowledge of pediatrics because I have not been given the opportunity to see her.
