You will never find a better doctor! Takes time with patients and is thorough with exams. More knowledgeable than I have ever seen a doctor to be. I cannot say enough!! You Will Love Him Too!!

Dr. Frank was great to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Knew where I had pain without telling me. Great experience despite the wait time but it is worth the wait!☺

The wait to see dr. Rotella is real. 2 hours i have been sitting here with no update no expectation on when i will be seen. This is a joke. Ive never experienced such poor service at a doctors office

Dr. Rotella staff is not courteous to patients needs to schedule an appointment or answering calls. It's a lot of horse playing and undermining going on with his staff but Dr. Rotella has been a great to me to bad I had to see another doctor cause his staff incompetence!!!!

I called for 20 minutes straight and no answer or voice mail option.

Waited 2hrs to see the doctor till I finally got up and left. During that time I listened to the receptionist's complain about how incompetent their billing department was while they ate the holiday chocolate given to them by that same department. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Rotella is the best Doctor that anyone could ever hope for. He is always kind, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I always knew that there would be a wait in his office because there were many that wanted him as their Doctor, but he was always worth the wait. Now that I moved to South Jersey and his office is much too far I miss having him as my Doctor.
