Location is convenient - Transit is next door. Newly renovated area as well. Very clean. Wonderful staff.

I’ve been calling for weeks to get an appointment and their third party scheduling service keeps leaving messages but no one calls back. UPDATE: Finally got an appointment and learned that GenPsych has a blanket policy of refusing DBT therapy to medical marijuana patients, unless they agree to submit to drug testing and commit to reducing the use of legally prescribed medicine. That’s what they told me, and why I ultimately had to seek services elsewhere.

5/5 Recommend their DBT program. Lauren and Julia are incredible therapists and facilitators of the program. Every lesson was engaging, thoughtful, supportive and had lots of laughter along the way. I also worked with Maureen, who always made me feel heard, each appointment was an educated and collaborative discussion. The skills I walked away with are invaluable, and I use them every single day. All the staff members I interacted with were sincere and accommodating.
