Most uncaring doctor I’ve ever experienced!

Absolutely horrible she is great if you can ever reach her I have been trying to reach her for refills since December and her we are March and still can’t get them. time to find a newDoc

Very pleased again. I had a bad case of Covid so we had a teleconference which I was very pleased with. Dr. Hanna was very thorough and spent a great deal of time with me asking many questions and offering suggestions and she also told me how to best care for myself. I have total confidence in Dr. Hanna, she really listens n cares, unlike other doctors I went to in the past. A+

This is my first time visiting Dr Hanna in the Staten Island office. So given the COVID-19 issue, getting my medication has been a horrible experience. I like the Dr herself, but her staff does not listen. I called the office several times to ask for a brand name medication that I have been on for years. MD recommend a dose change, which I’m cool with, but it is for the generic brand. I was told when I started that if you start with one brand then you are to continue with that brand. I told her office staff this and the answering service. I go to the pharmacy and it is was still the generic brand. The office staff must have been on her lunch break bc she was chewing and smacking in my ear and rushing me to get off the phone. I’m telling her that I need the prescription for the brand name and not generic. The office staff NEED to listen and stop trying to rush and rule calls. Thank you Claudia for not taking the time to listen and screwing up my medication at the pharmacy because you wouldn’t and didn’t take the time to listen. Thanks! Thanks a lot!!!

Irresponsible. Cant be bothered to refill diabetes medication despite several reminders during office visits but has no issue sending 60 day supply of other expensive medications. Office never picks up never resolves any issues. Horrible go to someone who does their job

Doctor is very good.....she is very kind and helpful but the administration is very bad whenever I visited here I have to control my patience sometimes it’s like let’s go waiting time is too high it’s almost 2 to 3 hours of waiting time we get bursted waiting waiting and waiting it’s like we can download full movie and watch in that time ..........it would be helpful they maintain proper time to give appointment.....I will only come here and wait for too long is only because of doctor otherwise I will never come here .....everyone’s time is precious one hour is ok to wait but more than it is too much ......I wish administration changes and they give us proper appointments ......hope so

STAY AWAY!! The staff is probably related to the doctor. My insurance decided not to pay for a particular brand of insulin, they were unreachable for 3 weeks. My blood sugar spiked up so high. Cause me back into the hospital. For 3 days. When I gave a complaint to the doctor. Her staff retaliates with ignoring my phone calls when I leave several messages. Pretending that they forgotten me when I checked in at 10AM and the last patient before they leave. Trying to get my pharmacist fired when he complained about the same issue. THEY HAVE NO SINCE OF HUMANITY AND NOT A BIT OF COMPASSION FOR THEIR PATIENTS. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU IF THEY MUST CLOSE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT,MAKING GO THROUGH THE EXPENSE AND FRUSTRATION OF A TRIP. NO COMPASSION NOT WHAT SO EVER. STAY AWAY!!!

Waiting time is too long , you have to wait more than an hour even with appointment and it’s not only one time, because I am regular patient and comes for checkup every month. But overall doctor is good and helpful.
