Jeffrey Pappert's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been going to Dr Pappert for years he has never steered me wrong with my health. He’s an excellent doctor. Professional, pleasant and patient. He does not rush you through a visit. Bobby the Nurse is equally great!!!

Dr.J.Pappert have excellent bedside manners. Answer all questions l have. In my opinion Dr. J.Pappert is a excellent Doctor.

Dr. Pappert & Bobby are wonderful & I’ve been going to them for years. They’re always present & caring whenever I visit. I’m rating 5 stars on the strength of the both of them but I wish I could rate the receptionist Jamie 0 stars. She’s RUDE & unprofessional. I’m considering of switching doctors because of this woman. She’s unfriendly & she purposely blocks the office from receiving calls because she clearly doesn’t want to do what she was hired for. Dr. Pappert should really consider finding a better replacement for Jamie.

All the 5 stars are fake, irresponsible care never answers call. I have my physical done for school and Dr. Papert told me that results will be ready by next week. I waited for 3 weeks and call them back. No response . I emailed them, left 3 voice messages still did not get back to me. I end up doing all the physical thought other doctor again.

Dr. Pappert is a great doctor.. He is so welcoming and friendly you never feel uncomfortable you can tell him anything and he is understanding and caring. I live hours away half the year and I’ll still travel to see him.

Not a good doc, he's very impersonal and said very few words. Went through a list of issues I was having, and he barely addressed them. Pretty much told me they were nothing to worry about and didn't explore further. Also, terrible system for communicating post visit. It takes several phone calls to get labs or other work back. And I have a procedure upcoming that required the paperwork. Wouldn't recommend. AND I THINK THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!

Overall very poor experience. Annual physical did not involve anything but blood work done, and for which I was charged a visit to just have access to. Outcomes of blood work results are miscommunicated which is more alarming. Only solution provided to remedy back pain was to be prescribed some pain pills, not trying to identify what causes the pain. I had to ask myself to look into this, for which I had some X-rays done, I've called more than dozen times, sent countless emails and I still cannot have the results 2 months later. Staff simply does not respond to phone or emails.

Worst PC I've ever had. Receptionist is rude, nurse is unprofessional (wore a polo and baseball cap), questions sent in the patient portal are never responded to, and you have to call and call and call to get your lab results back. I have gone for a few physicals and the doctor never touched me once - no palpating stomach, checking reflexes, looking in throat, etc. I was having recurring sore throats and asked him if he could feel the lymph nodes in my neck and he refused. Instead he prescribed me antibiotics. Might as well have been a phone call. Just a very, very strange practice.

I don't know why there would be negative reviews on here because Dr. Pappert and staff are excellent! The office is always nice and clean and they follow covid protocols. I love the convenience of scheduling online and lots of ways to contact him when you need to. I always hear back from him/office when I need something and I feel he listens to my medical concerns and make his recommendations accordingly. I highly recommend him to my family and colleagues. As a long time Jersey City resident, I've been in doctors' offices in the area that I would never want to set foot ever again but Dr. Pappert and his practice for me is a keeper!
