I am new to the area and had to find a new Internist, Dr. Fritz himself is very pleasant and I liked him very much. However, his staff is something undesirable. When I got there no one greets you, you are basically sitting in the waiting room with no idea if anyone is even there. then after almost 30 mins I was called in. One nurse was actually very nice, but he has a new? young nurse who barely spoke to me while taking my vitals, barely made eye contact could have been a robot. Also when I went to check out the again nothing no one was there I had to knock on glass to get a response. its been almost a month and no follow up to go over blood work etc. I finally called and the person who answered was rushed and short and I get it we are in a pandemic and everyone is a little stressed and over worked but we still have to maintain some pleasantry if possible.

Considero que ellos tienen muchas oportunidades de mejoras en su servicios ya que el dispensado a mi persona deja mucho que decir. No se si es algún problema que ellos tienen con mi compañía de seguro, pero no fue muy agradable su trato posterior a mi consulta. Ojalá ellos puedan revisar su cadena de servicios ya que el servicio de salud es un tanto delicado.

My old clinic doctor closed their office and stopped taking phone calls, it was really helpful to find a doctor who stayed open during this Covid mess and helped my family in his office and the hospital

Very helpful doctor and staff, took time with my mother and her problems with diabetes. It was nice to actually see a doctor and not a clinic nurse.

SCAM. He would trick you to do unnecessary tests and the lab they used is fishy AF. Google ACCU and take a look at the DOJ news. Hint: kick back.
