The young nurse at the back of front desk is the best nurse I ever met!! She really understand the patient and she is so efficient and helpful that she completed all the work before I say anything. Again, best services she provided. Good job!

These people do not honour appointments, it's first come first serve.. Wait time is well over 2 hours.. Rude staff, pathetic, old place.. Would have given zero stars if I could..

woman sitting in reception is a nasty person who need to retire as soon as possible. She has no concept of respect to ur time!!! She is old lady with a nasty attitude. Never respectful. Never polite. Doctor is never on schedule!

Nice doctor but What’s the point of working with appointments?!!! I got appointment for 1pm and I was here since 1pm . And at 2:30 i was still waiting!!!!!!!!

They really know what they are doing. The doctor is fast and thorough and is NOT an alarmist.

Excellent surgeon, wonderful guy. He explained everything so I understood. Fantastic operating room and Doctor's Office personalities. I feel fortunate to have gone to Dr. Hosay for my procedures. Adding this on 5/31/2021... It took me 14 months to get a billing issue resolved with his billing department. The hospital was paid by my insurance immediately, so was the anesthesiologist, but the billing department at Sovereign Urology was a total nightmare. I had to do their job myself. It literally took me 25 phone calls over that 14 months period, some of them being conference calls, to get this fixed. He's a great doctor but I would never go back to him after that.

Simply and eloquently put, horrible service! The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help their patience's arrive to a proper and timely solution. Had a few horrible experiences in this location. I do not recommend anyone to go to this this private facility. Please guys, conduct your research and get yourself a facility that respects your time, money, and most importantly your person.
