Margarita Borghini's Online Review Report Card

This office is becoming a big disappointment my first situation was about a month ago when the doctor and the medical assistant the young lady who speak no Spanish talked about a desk for the office for about an hour and has my mother in the office for about two hours in total but my last straw was when I called for my mother and asked if my mother could be given something for her symptoms the girl told me she would text the doctor to get an authorization put in for the prescription I went two day in a row to find that they never even put in the order and I never received a phone call to inform if the doctor okayed anything and I still have yet to know anything and my mother is still not feeling well 4 days later and my mother medication that was recalled in January 2022 (metaphormin)

Dr Borghini is an excellent Doctor very knowledgeable and very attentive to my specific issues .

The worst Dr. Office anybody can be in. You sit and wait from 2-3hrs maybe more depending what day it is for the Dr. She’s always rescheduling my appts. She always takes off and plenty of times has forgotten to send me my medication. She used to have a crew of Spanish girls. Is she has a white girl sitting in the front that does absolutely nothing and you can not communicate with her she looks at you and then had the girl next to her take care of me. This office is getting worse by the yr. As soon as I find a good Dr I will be gone.

Dr Borghini is the epitomy of excellence and dedication, she’s been my doctor for 20 years. She cares and take the time to listen to you and addresses any questions and concerns you may have. Her commitment to her patients goes beyond just their medical needs, she’s very thorough and shows genuine interest in her patients. Dr. Borghini has a very pleasant and professional office staff. Any time I call her office to refill a prescription or request an appointment they answer the phone very cordially. They always try to work within my busy schedule to give me a quick appointment or offer a virtual appointment through ZOOM when I’m not able do a typical office visit. When I need follow-up visit with a specialist, they even offer to make the appointment for me. I’ve never seen a more friendly and dedicated staff.

Kind, professional, and communicative. Her office staff are also all very kind and helpful. The building is located on a very busy block so take public transit, walk or build in time to find parking. The office is so nice, serene, and comfortable. Great service overall and I highly recommend Dr. Borghini to anyone looking for a PCP!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came here for Uscis forms and we’ve been back 3 times for them to correct their mistakes. I come back and they just keep making mistakes and not even fixing them quickly. Stay away if you want your uscis case to be approved

Best doctor

Impossible to get in touch with the office regarding bills and insurance claims. You get put on hold for 20 minutes and immediately get hung up on once you reach a person. This happened multiple times. I have also sent faxes and emails but there was no acknowledgement. Edit: responsiveness seems to have improved after I made this review.
