Dr. Ahn and his team are brilliant! I went to him for my second pregnancy and he made me so comfortable right from the get go. Amazing bedside manner, very reassuring and just a calm demeanour that I’m sure all his patients appreciate. His team — Amanda, Ivette, Basirah and the super sweet phlebotomist— were all so professional and courteous throughout the nine months I saw them, which always made me look forward to the visits. I was never made to wait and always seen on time. Amanda is also excellent at scheduling and keeping things organized at the office, I never once didn’t receive a phone call reminder for my appointment! Dr. Ahn successfully delivered my second daughter two weeks ago and for that I can’t thank him enough.

Dr Ahn is one of the best Ob-Gyns I've come across. I went to him for my second pregnancy and I was very well taken care of. It was very convenient as I happened to have access to such good care in the neighborhood. Thankfully, I had a low risk pregnancy, and Dr Ahn was on top of everything. I went into labor naturally, and he ensured I had a natural birth as much as possible. His staff is very friendly and supportive to work with. They make sure to not keep you waiting for too long and follow up on all the details. Great practice and great staff!

What can I say..Dr. Ahn and his team were such a blessing throughout my entire pregnancy, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than him to treat me. This was my first pregnancy and high risk at that. I had some issues and concerns, but he just went ABOVE and BEYOND in providing me with the very best care, comfort and support. Unlike ALOT of doctors who run through your appointments and see you as another paycheck, Dr. Ahn takes his time to address all your concerns and makes sure that you leave his office in peace. He treats you like family. He and his team made me feel at ease before, during and after my C-section. He delivered my beautiful baby boy, and let me tell you..My C-section scar is so beautiful as if a plastic surgeon stitched me up. He is THAT skilled. If you are looking for the very best, look no further because you just won't find another like him. You don't have to trust me, but BELIEVE what I say...My husband and I are so grateful for him and his team. That's my Doc, and he can be yours too!!

Dr. Ahn has by far been the best OBGYN who has cared for me, I have unfortunately been through a few bad ones. He has attended to all my questions and concerns and puts me at ease during each visit. And his staff have been so helpful with my constant schedule changes and have been great with follow ups.

Dr. Ahn is the best OBGYN one could have , he is professional , caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ahn has been my OB /GYN for the last 19 years and has delivered both of my babies. He cares for his patients, explains all the procedures , listens to all my concerns. I have referred many friends and family who are also happy with him. I’am super thankful for him and his practice. I highly recommend him!

I love Dr. Ahn and his team, Basirah, Yvette, Amanda, and Maria, for providing me with a pleasant experience while delivering my first child. Dr. Ahn is straightforward and has a great sense of humor, which helped to relieve my stress and concerns during my pregnancy. The appointments and scheduling ran smoothly, and there was no wait time. The entire process was systematic. I appreciate the accurate diagnosis at an early stage and the help in referring me to additional monitoring and scans at the hospital, as I was a high-risk pregnant woman. The staff was incredibly nice and took great care of us, making us feel comfortable at all times.

The absolute worst experience I have had with a gyno office. The office manager/staff when you call in is very rude and always has an attitude. At my annual appointments, I always felt very judged and did not receive follow up feedback in a good manner. I was called on a Friday night two minutes before they close for the entire weekend with a potentially scary voicemail with my results without detailed info that led me to be afraid by what he said and couldn't get a hold of the doctor till Tuesday morning. Everything with the results turned out ok but I did not like the way it was handled or communicated. Then I tried to call to follow up on a bill because the laboratory told me to check in with the office and she gave a very snarky remark "why would you call the office for a lab payment, we don't keep those records here" how the f am I supposed to know when I made payment to someone months ago. Always a negative experience.

Its surprising to read all these positive reviews. In the beginning he was fine, constant jokes and making light of everything I asked. Dr. Ahn made every appointment after my 20th week extremely uncomfortable for me. I felt every question I asked he had a sarcastic and condescending response. He told me and I quote "I do not call patients" when I asked about blood work I had done as well as the diabetes test. No one ever called with results so when I asked Dr. Ahn about this, he was in complete defense mode, referred me to the patient portal, and reminded me he does not call patients... No doctor has ever said that to me and I grew up with some of the best in Bergen County, NJ.The birth process was never discussed, and I left him well in my 3rd trimester. At one point I asked "is it typical to meet the other doctors in this practice" because there is a high chance they will deliver my baby, **I remind you HE did not mention this, I had to** and he said "oh yeah sure I can give you their office number you can set something up". *My new doctor, this is one of the first things he mentioned to me to make sure I had a high likelihood of meeting all the partners when I am at the hospital* Also, he made a joke by saying "If I don't have to attend my daughters piano practice, maybe I can attend your birth."Maybe this poor attitude would be okay for a second or third time mom, but this was almost unacceptable for a practitioner to be the cause of my stress. I left him crying almost every time after the last few appointments.There was so much more I found out he was NOT doing... With my new provider, there was actual COMMUNICATION being conducted with me. I found out my baby boy had liquid on his kidneys and thats why I was going to ultrasounds so frequently. Dr. Ahn NEVER mentioned this. Last thing to note- the Hoboken Hospital was a terrible experience. We had to go one night for a little scare we had and their ultra-sound machine was broken, they did not have another one. Not to mention the ward felt like a 1970's DMV and had homeless people with urine all over them in the entry. I feel terrible for their situations, but that is not the environment you want to be welcomed to when giving birth I assume. **Fast forward to the end of the story- I call Dr. Ahn to let him know about this experience and how unsettling it was, from his mouth he says "thats normal for equipment to be down". He had an excuse for everything and more than half of them contradicted what the doctor at the hospital said.** I just wanted him to be REAL and say yeah, that is not acceptable. But he could not even do that for us! That was the final straw- if he was accepting poor quality care for me I cant imagine what would of happened when I went into labor and something went wrong.This was one of the worst doctor-patient experiences I have had. He called me the "lowest maintenance" patient of his, so I know I was not expecting a lot. I never called him, these experiences all just occurred throughout my visits. I was expecting decent, informative care and he was not able to provide that to me. When taking the heartbeat or measuring my stomach, he did not tell me ANYTHING he was doing or finding out. It makes me so angry I could have been with a professional doctor this entire time; his behavior really tainted the experience for me.I hope this helps others out there.... Sorry for the emotional words but its all FACTS and experiences I endured with him. :(

The best doctor I have ever been to. He cares for his patient and always answers my questions. I had high risk pregnacy and he made sure that me and my baby was in good hands. The people in his clinic were very nice no bad attitude and no long wait time, you don't even have to go somewhere to get your blood drawn and the best part, easy to find a parking spot.
