One of the most pleasant experiences I've had going to a doctor. Yes, you may have to wait an hour to see the doctor, but this is because the doctor takes his time to go over the health of each and every patient. The staff were very friendly, and as long as you are respectful and courteous you can expect the same in return. You won't find many doctors like Badin, so it saddens me to see negative reviews. Maybe the lobby and location aren't the best looking, but the interior is clean and tidy. I've had the displeasure of meeting quite a few doctors, many of them being arrogant showmen, or incompetent. I would gladly wait 3+ hours in this office than 10 minutes in theirs. If you want to treat going to a doctor's office like going to a Mcdonald's, sure, you'll get your faster service, but it'll come at the cost of your own health.

Although the wait time might be long sometimes , it is worth the wait. Dr. Diane Badin is one of the best most detailed and caring doctors I have ever experienced (and I have had a-lot of doctors) . As my primary care physician, I come to her for every and anything and she is so patient and helpful, I honestly do not know where I would be without her help. Brianna the receptionist is very helpful as well!! Love this office!

Both Dr. Diane and the receptionist (Brianna I think) are always so nice and helpful! I’ve never had a doctor be so patient in explaining and listening to me. Not to mention, fixed my back!! I used to not even be able to bend down without hurting and after 2 visits, I feel like my life is so literally changing course!! Thank you so much and I recommend this so highly.

Very great doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Diane Badin for over a decade, this is a family practice. Therefore at Dr. Badin’s office they can assist you from EXCELLENT general primary care to OUTSTANDING chemotherapy treatments for cancer warriors. Their medical staff is SPECTACULAR!!! Their receptionist Brianna is VERY accommodating and always a professional. Brianna always seems to find a way to squeeze you in when you need an appointment even at the last minute. I wouldn’t change my primary doctor for NOTHING Dr. Badin is the BEST and during this time of the Covid-19 pandemic their office has never closed, so you know when you need Dr. Badin she is there for you!!! This office is very discombobulated.. they make u wait forever.. my Mom is 80 yrs old.. they have no compassion.. people that came after got to go in b4 my Mom .. when I voiced my concern the woman at the desk gets upset.. I should be the one to get upset.. the office is always crowded.. jam packed.. covid or not.. they don't care.. u either die with covid or cancer.. take ur pick.. if u want to spend all day waiting u can go there. DON'T GO THERE. look for another doctor.. all the other people that give good reviews they r kidding themselves.. they must be related or close friends with the doctor.

The whole staff are a group of wonderful and caring individuals. My grandmother was receiving treatment at their facilities and they have always made an effort to take care of her in every way. Everyone is very accommodating, leaving me feeling reassured each time.
