MIchelle Reisner's Online Review Report Card

We have seen Dr. Reisner for almost 10 years, and have continued to see Dr. Reisner even after we moved out of Hudson county. She continues to always provide me and my family with the most excellent care. Dr. Reisner and her office staff, especially Padi, always go above and beyond for us!! We appreciate Dr. Reisner and her team so much!! There is no other doctor we will see!! Thank you for everything you do!!

Dr. Reisner is always rushed. She does not listen well and is dismissive and patronizing. Her bedside manner is terrible. She does not take time to read medical documentation. She misdiagnosed 2 people I know--one with cancer that she did not have. She diagnoses without following the proper protocols and tests. She tends to hire people in-training who don't have a clue what they're doing. The examining rooms and bathroom are not clean. There were used needles on top of the paper covering on the examining table. No one washes their hands. They just wear the same gloves from room to room. No universal precautions are taken, even during the pandemic. All staff are supposed to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds upon entering the examination room, put on a clean pair of gloves and before leaving the examination room, wash their hands again after taking off the gloves in a sanitary manner. This is supposed to be carried out for every patient to avoid spreading viruses and infections. I do not recommend Dr. Reisner. She has too many patients and needs to hone her listening and professional medical skills.

Dr. Resiner has been my doctor for the past couple of years. I appreciate that even though im probably her youngest patient, she never makes me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. She gives me treatments to maintain my high blood pressure and i will continue to have her as my primary care physician 😊

Dr. Reisner has been my primary Dr. for over 20 years. she is an amazing Dr. there has never been a time when I have needed to see her before a schedule appointment and she has not seen me. I was on vacation recently and came back sick. Called her office it was close but Dr Reisner was notified and she returned my message and schedule me to see her the next day. Apparently I had strep throat she called in my antibiotics and today feeling much better. Thank you Dr Reisner for your professionalism/caring and concern. And also thank you to her amazing staff for fitting me in in such a short notice.

I have been a patient with Dr. Reisner for over 20 years. She is a caring/friendly and professional Doctor. She listens to all my concerns and discusses with me what needs to be done if any situation arises and follows up with me. Every time I need to see her before my appointment her front desk staff have found space to fit me in. Her office always nice and clean. I would recommend her to anyone with out a doubt. Dr. Reisner is so amazing and caring! She has been caring for my mother for a few years now. She is so patient with my mother. Dr. Reisner speaks to us with so much concern and respect. Most recent, this week mom fell and without the care and follow through from Dr. Reisner we would be lost! We cannot thank you for the care and compassion you have shown and continued to show us! Especially, towards mom! THANK YOU DR. REISNER!

Very good doctor! Helped my parents and other family members never let us down ! Have so much faith in her 💐! And whenever my mom called her she got back to her immediately! Thank you dr reisner

The staff is always very helpful and polite. Dr Reisner is great !!!! She always listens and pays attention to my concerns. She always recommends the best possible solutions to my problems

I have been seeing Dr Reisner for more than 5 years and if I could give her more stars I would. She is my doctor and also my husband and daughter's MD.She is very knowledgeable and always concerned about my health and well-being. I have HTN and nothing was working for me, no MD helped me. When she became my PCP, My blood pressure it remained stable. I always recommend her to family and friends because I know they will be in good hands. Talking to her is so comforting.

Dr. Michelle Reisner is an extremely intelligent and highly astute doctor. She assesses a medical situation quickly, and immediately offers medical advice. Her mind is sharp with an amazing memory of patient information. She has a warm, caring bedside manner, holding her patients in high regard. Dr. Reisner also has a highly qualified staff that willingly and pleasantly follow up with medical needs. We are fortunate to have Dr. Reisner as our primary care physician.
