If I could leave zero stars, I would. The most ghetto and unprofessional practice I’ve ever been to in my life. One worker there was walking around in jeans and a t-shirt. The office is unorganized and looks dirty and run down. Everyone working there looks like they hate their job. The blood work office is in a windowless dungeon downstairs in a basement. The one person who drew my blood reeked of cigarette smoke. A million and one HIPAA violations all over the place. When I called 3 weeks after my appointment for my results because no one has the decency to call you and tell you anything, the receptionist on the phone told me I would need to make another follow up appointment in order to get results. What a ridiculous SCAM they got going on! I will NEVER return. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

For my first pregnancy, it was a great experience. The ladies in the office were so kind and easy to work with. They made the office a calm and positive atmosphere to be in. It's made my trips to the office a peaceful and soothing one. Dr.Ghotra was direct in the most gentle way. Her visit were always helpful and there for me with every question I had. She made my pregnancy a peaceful journey. This staff is everything you need for a reassuring experience. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ghotra is the best! I received an excellent service not only from Dr. Ghotra but also her staff they are all friendly! From my pregnancy to giving birth to my son they gave properly all the information I need to know. She really did a great job she is always helpful and kind. I am a first time mom so she really guided me from the beginning until the end. A lot of things happened on my first pregnancy there was a time that I need to call 911 because of my bleeding in my 6th month and Dr. Ghotra was there helping me. Until my emergency csection on a Saturday morning she still there. Thank you Dr. Ghotra! It’s rare to find a doctor like you that combines such personal touches and care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Dr. Ghotra is a very good gynaecologist. She guided me in each stage of pregnancy regarding my diet and other precautions that I needed to take and answered all my concerns. She is caring and friendly and I had a normal and smooth delivery as she kept motivating me throughout It is easier to get appointments at her office. The wait times are less and her office staff is also very friendly and helpful We would like to thank Dr. Ghotra for providing great care all through the pregnancy.

Dr. Ghotra has been a god send for us. I had a very high risk pregnancy due to my age, IVF and other conditions. And now I have a healthy baby. This was all because of the care and attention and expertise that Dr. Ghotra provided me for 9 months relentlessly. She deserves more than 5 stars. I see other reviewers comment on somethings that were not ideal. Let me provide my perspective. 1. I usually do not go to Indian doctors because I am also Indian. I dont want any preferential or biased treatment. With Dr. Ghotra I did not feel either. Sure she speaks in Hindi with her staff and with me also occasionally. But since my partner doesn't speak the language, she was quick to switch. 2. Wait time - all through 9 months, I did not have to wait an unusual amount. For comparison, I waited longer at the JCMC mfm appointments 3. Office staff - they were very friendly and always greeted me by my name. I usually offered a cheerful demeanor as well. It goes 2 ways right. There were a few instances when they did not call me back on time with my results or questions. But honestly in 9 months if it happened a few times, it's not the end of the world and this is probably not the only office that you have faced this at. I can say this now that we are done with the pregnancy, but when it was happening I was very frustrated. 4. Some people are commenting that the Dr was being curt or did not spend enough time with them. She does speak fast, and she is VERY direct. I find that very refreshing. Especially when you are dealing with the most challenging and exciting moment of your life, I want brutal honesty even if it's not sugar coated. She fights for you. She cares for you. She might not say all the things you like or want to hear. She is not going to baby you. But she will not leave anything to chance when it comes to delivering a healthy baby. In the first trimester, I had an unpleasant incident. I called the doctor she assured me everything was good, but I said it would make me feel better if I can come in and she does a heart beat check. She took me in the same day just for my peace of mind. She was out of town when I was in the final trimester. I had to go to ER and work with her backup doctor. She had access to the notes and test results that happened in her 1 week absence. As soon as she got back, her office called me in the same day and told me to come in right away, I got worried. Dr. Ghotra explained to me that although everything was normal from the tests that were done in her absence. She wanted to see me and confirm it herself. 5. Office environment and condition. Yeah it's not fancy and can use some updates. But the quality of care I received was not affected Here is the thing, she delivers what matters the most - a healthy baby. In my personal experience, she is THE BEST at managing a high risk pregnancy. So keep your eye on the prize, she sure does. God willing, when we have another baby, I only want Dr. Ghotra to deliver. I trust her with my and my babies life. I did not have any personal recommendations from anyone to see this doctor..I found her through Google. And if it important for you, she also is very LGBT friendly. She doesn't not have a bias towards people that might be different than her.

We were referred to Dr. Navjot Ghotra by our friend and we had a great experience. We highly recommend Dr. Navjot Ghotra based on our experience. Dr. Ghotra is very good at taking decisions and thinking about the outcome’s way in advance. Additionally, Dr. Ghotra is highly inclined towards normal deliveries, however, my wife had a cesarean and within 15-20 minutes the team were ready for the surgery, including Dr. Ghotra late midnight. Dr. Ghotra patiently responded to all our questions as we were first time parents and had a ton of questions for every appointment. Dr. Ghotra also provided great guidance and necessary precautions that need to be taken. We had early appointments in the day and were done soon, therefore did not experience long waits in the clinics. Secondly, the hospital staff both at her clinic as well as at the delivery hospital were really nice and helpful. We would like to thank Dr. Ghotra wholeheartedly for providing such great care all through the course.

The place is VERY unclean! The front desk showed no professionalism and were rude to talk to. The doctor was fine, but felt like the it was rushed.

Dr. Ghotra is the best. I have consulted her pre-pregnacy and for my pregnancy. Being my first time, I had many doubts but with Dr Ghotra, it was very smooth journey. She is very patient, clears all the doubts and suggested ways to maintain healthy pregnancy. Her staff is also very friendly. I am really glad that I consulted Dr. Ghotra for my pregnancy and delivery. It couldn't have been better. Highly recommend her !! Thanks a lot Dr. Ghotra 🙂

SHE ALSO TOLD ME THE SEX OF MY BABY WITHOUT ASKING ME OR MY FIANCÉ IF WE WANTED TO KNOW. It's not right. Doctor Ghotra needs training on etiquette and how to deliver concerning news to her patients. I stopped into her office one day without an appointment to ask her if I needed to have any more bloodwork done while I was in the office for something else. SHE TOLD ME TO SIT DOWN AND RANDOMLY TOLD ME BAD NEWS ABOUT MY BABY. I DIDN'T KNOW SHE HAD ANY NEWS OR PENDING TEST RESULTS TO GIVE ME. I just happened to be in the office. IT WAS A SHOCK. WE HAD NO WARNING. MY FIANCE LITERALLY FAINTED ON THE FLOOR. She needs to go back to school and figure out how to properly talk to people. I had no warning. I was waiting for her to tell me what bloodwork I need to have done downstairs. I had no idea she was going to tell me any updates or news whatsoever. **************You don't do that to people. She has no concern for people. She has no human emotion. No common sense to be like, "I have some results to give you. Sit down and I will give them to you...." I would actually describe her as evil.
