Nicole Baptiste's Online Review Report Card

I visited the office for annual visit in Nov 2022, she was all alone working in the office without staff, and she ran a lot of tests on me without discussion and diagnosed me with some disease that I don't have. I double checked with another doctor she told me I am perfectly doing okay it's just a mistake from her side. Now I am receiving a bill of 285$ from her office. She doesn't respond to my calls and when I visited her in person, she said that she will give me 90% discount on that. Since the day, I have been calling her office, I didn't get any response. A patient should always be asked whether he/she is willing to pay out of pocket or not and can afford it if it not covered under insurance. It's like exploiting and making money. I have never received such kind of bill from anywhere just for annual visit. I had a terrible experience with this doctor. Please don't go this, Doctor.

i beg you if you care about your health DO NOT go to this doctor. she lacks compassion, knowledge, and competence in her field. she answers calls from patients while having a conversation with you mid appointment. she doesn't follow up with your results, god forbid your dying. she will roll her eyes at questions as if she is not there to educate you. theres no staff working in the office, just herself. the building itself is old and ghetto. lastly, she failed to apologize after walking into the office 45 mins late for my morning appointment. very unprofessional. lacking patient privacy. please dont make the same mistake i did ladies

This doctor is by far the worse unprofessional doctor ever. Very rude and disrespectful.

It was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you can go anywhere else please do. There is little no privacy when providing information since there is only one open computer. She was rude when I booked the appointment to when I needed to review my results. When I asked her about next steps or a recommendation she state "that is your job to figure out and I can not help you". After telling her that I was not straight and not planning to have children, she was uninterested in talking to me and made a face. It felt like she only wanted to provide services to child-bearing straight women. Please stay away from this queer-phobic monster.

I have been going to Nicoles Baptistes Practice for 4 Years Now and It is the best Gyno Ever . Her staff are all nice and they treat you well. Nicole helps in every way possible and makes you feel comfortable aswell. I never had an experience where she made me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. If you are looking for a gyno who puts your health first this is the place to go!

Dr. Baptis, Nicole she great Dr sweet, loving caring more than me even I did not have health insurance she treated me with love and cares more than anyone can believe I have breast cancer shows in the memogram she did leave me tell she make sure I am with right doctors put to much time offered love if write so much it’s not enough for her GOD BLESS YOU DR I LOVE YOU and I send my friend and family to her recommend her they are so happy with her and tell me I am lucky because I know her for long time thanks Dr,
