List of Ronald Sultan's Reviews
On December 14, 2022, I went to see Ronald Sultan, M.D. on my internist’s recommendation for a large Thyroid Nodule. Dr. Sultan was efficient and pleasant and did a fine needle aspiration on that nodule. Thankfully, the nodule appeared to be benign. The experience was virtually painless and wonderful assistant Omaira helped the doctor. Office manager Andrea was also thoroughly friendly and knowledgeable in moving things along. My time spent there was a good one and I highly recommend general surgeon Ronald Sultan at 2255 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Jersey City, NJ.
I highly recommend Dr Sultan. His brilliance and compassion are extraordinary. As a physician, I feel privileged to be under his care. He saved my wife's life from breast cancer and treats me for thyroid. Dr. Sultan is very generous with his time, he answers all questions completely with kindness and expertise.
the wife aka the office manager is very rude.
Excellent doctor!!! Dr. Sultan is very knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything and put you at ease. His staff is great, too. They are very friendly and helpful. God bless Dr. Sultan and his staff. Thank you.
WORST office visit I’ve been to. The receptionist is the doctor’s wife and she is RUDE. They both like to make unnecessary comments to the patients.Think about coming to this office.
Receptionist is this Dr. Wife. She is very condescending, from first contact she was. When I told her I felt she was rude she tried switching it around like offended her. Then the Dr. Had the nerve to call me and ask me to apologize or he would not see my uncle anymore who is why I was in contact with them for. If I feel like someone is rude I should be able to tell them because they might not realize it. Then she say good luck finding another appointment in a few days like they are the only Dr in NJ. Any very unprofessional by the way. Will be reporting them to the Board.
I highly recommend Doctor Ronald H Ronald 2 years ago I had surgery I thought this doctor was done with me but to my surprise he made sure that I did not miss my follow-up and his staff is great they also make sure to call you when the procedure is done
Disappointing. Unprofessional. Learn how to talk to people first without making comments. Specially front desk lady.
Please listen to the other negative reviews as this office may not be what it seems at first and it’s not worth the hassle as this is a prime example of nepotism. The receptionist is the doctor’s wife and she is vile, rude, and overall disgusting. The worst part is that he enables her. I kindly asked her to fax my records to my new doctor and she dismissed me rudely saying that I’m an adult and that I should keep track of my physical records. This was not new she has always been childish and dismissive and blames the patient for anything that goes wrong on her end. The worst part is that she seems incapable of recognizing it. When I asked why she was rude she said she wasn’t being rude before telling me to find another doctor the next time I had cancer during COVID. The real surprise was the doctor backing her up saying he was gonna be rude too and never see me again as he was listening in on the conversation the entire time. It’s disappointing that I realized this after my surgery but then again they were clearly looking to get my insurance’s money before treating me as if I had no value. If either of you are reading this, shame on you. Do better, nobody is beneath deserving compassion especially when you know what your patients and their family members are dealing with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
