The receptionist is very rude. She doesn't care about patient care at all.

I was looking for new PCP since I moved there. Getting vaccine and refill on med. I gave horizon blue cross insurance card over the phone to front desk lady and she gave me estimate for the visit- vaccination was 100% covered and office visit supposed to be only $30 co pay. Then I made an appointment to come in. Btw, Dr. Ali was very pleasant person, and had good bedside manner. I verified with front desk before I left that everything was paid for now, and she said yes. Later, I get a bill of 250 dollars. [She billed me for a special type of office visit $457 instead of regular office visit. even after insurance covering for half, I am charged with 250 dollars) Its a bad practice. I work in healthcare field, this is not acceptable. Its wrong to practice like this. I would not have came in to this office if I knew their billing department is horribly messed up.

Sabia Ali is the best Doctor ever!

I have been a patient of Dr.Sabia Ali for close to two years now. I consider it my obligation to leave my impressions about Dr. Ali here, again not as a favour to anyone but to help others make a decision in their search for a good competent doctor with excellent professional no nonsense attitude. Yes, Dr. Ali is all of that and much more with great empathy for the patient. She so obviously puts in earnest efforts to understand the individual patient's unique conditions and professional requirements. I can write a lot more here but suffice to say that I am delighted to have found Dr. Ali who excels on every professional parameter. Remember I am a senior around 66 and have seen lot many doctors in my life in four different countries and can count some great eminent physicians and surgeons among my personal friends. And here in Jersey city I am among the fortunate ones having found Dr. Ali to support me in my health concerns and making me feel so reassured from time to time. God bless Dr Sabia Ali

Dr Ali has been my Primary physician for over12 years and the reason I have been her patient for so long is because she is amazing. She cares and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel she is in a rush to move on to other patients. You are not just a face in the crowd, she remembers who you are and what is going on with you and your life, which may play a role in your general well being.If I could give her more stars I would.

The office charged me for blood work that I never asked for and I ended up having to pay for. The doctor's office did call me to apologize but at this point, I will never be coming back to this office again.
