Dr. Mravcak is very warm and welcoming. She takes her time, ensures she understands the patient. She tells you what she’s doing and asks permission. Really exemplary of how all doctors should practice conscious care for their patients.

I had a same day office visit with Dr Mravcak 3 weeks back indicating intense body pain that was disrupting my sleep. She send me off without doing anything for immediate releif - and just asked me to get an MRI done and prescribed blood work. I ended up taking OTC pain medication and got better in 3-4 days, I could have avoided the office visit. I had my physical today and had a condition for which she could have prescribed safe medication. She insisted on the MRI. She could not care less about the symptoms I had today and would not do anything to help immediately. Despite the knowledge that I had a high deductible, specialist appointment are available only 2-3 months down the lane, she would not do anything in her capacity to help, it was pointless to see her. I would say she's ok for routine health checkups, but if you are looking for a Dr who cares, and you can trust to take care of you immediately, you may want to look elsewhere. Dr Mravcak does not care about you.

I didn't send a lot of time in the waiting room, she list when I explained my conditions. She both told me her conclusions and ask me questions. It was a very good intactive exchange, which leads to better treatment and helps me feel comfortable with her service.

She is a terrific physician in all ways. She has just left the practice that I go to I might just follow her. I am so disappointed that she left it took me so long to find someone as thorough as her. I wish her all the best. I will miss her
