Dr. Syed is the absolute best! She's open, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. She answers every question, considers every concern, and always has a recommendation or and exploration to suggest. I've recently been dealing with a complex set of health challenges; Dr. Syed has been a fantastic home base for sorting through it all, making referrals as needed, and supporting overall optimal health. I recommend!

Dr Saquiba is the best around, not only providing healthcare services to my family for almost 15 years but a loving, caring and compassionate personality. I wonder if the front desk staff could be better. Its difficult to get hold of someone to make appointments, long hold times, cant leave messages (no one returns call anyway in case of referrals) and you wait 30 days plus if you miss appointment (expect no confirmation call as they send text or go online to MyChart). Getting referrals is another headache as they give you option to leave message for referral but is never done (at least in my case) and you can easily miss appointment with the specialist. The front desk advise you to call office after leaving message for referrals (you call and wait 15, 20 minutes hoping someone will attend), so my advice to patients is just drive to their office please unless or until this improves. great doctor!

I have not been able to see the doctor. This review is about the support staff. The person who recorded the outgoing phone message has such a strong "vocal fry" that she is difficult to understand. Then the woman who answered the phone when I tried to make an appointment mumbled and spoke to me as if she truly hated her job, was bored to tears, and could barely be bothered. BTW, they say the doctor is not accepting new patients although that information is not available online anywhere. I'm very disappointed, as I've heard good things about this doctor.

This place could be a well established medical corporation but unfortunately due to the front desk staff, IT IS NOT!!. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, unintelligent, and the most incompetent unit I have ever seen. The fact that they can treat an elderly woman who just had stroke with so much disrespect and rudeness is sad. These staff members have no respect and does not care about their job or the patients who have worked hard to obtain their health insurance and get annually check ups especially when they are up in age. This place is a disappointment and I truly find it sad the doctor gets bad reviews because of her horrible staff in the front desk. I know for future references, I will be endorsing these complaints to corporate office if these behaviors continue to display on my next grandmother's doctor visit.

I completely trust Dr. Saquiba with my aging mother's healthcare. I am very protective of my mother, especially since she is not as independent as she used to be and needs constant care. Dr. Saquiba has been Godsent and always goes above and beyond to help my mother. It is extremely important to us that our doctors and caregivers are genuinely caring and not just churning their patients for copays. Dr. Saquiba has a good soul. She honestly cares for all her patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Saquiba Syed for your loved ones who need special touch during their weakest moments.
