Been sitting for over 3 hrs yet some people are just walking in getting services while I watch. It’s a shame that I have to sit here for close to 4hrs just to have a prescription for Bhcg test. They have lab services but getting to this doctor is like milking a bull. The staff are terrible they don’t care about patients of color. So much racism in this place yet the staff are colored too.

I’m only rating 5 stars because I’m leaving my honest opinion on Dr. Owusa, he’s very caring and takes his time with you hands down I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. With that being said I really wish his team was on his level they don’t answer the phone and wouldn’t even give me an appointment said wait to next month to make an appointment it’s sad because he’s a really good doctor but the staff is just horrible. Oh and the young lady that does the blood work there is awesome too

This office deserves one star because there is an awful wait time even with an appointment as well as incompetent staff. The staff is extremely unhelpful, racist, and favors others which is unfair to those that are with an appointment or already in the waiting room. The Doctor is very kind but desperately needs to hire new help and have some type of regulation so that people aren’t there waiting hours upon hours.

Dr. is patient, listens to his clients, empathetic, and experienced. I have been with him over 12 years. He listens attentively to everyone's problems and that takes time. He is never in a hurry or rushes his patients. I would rather be with a doctor who listens attentively to me than one who rushes me because he has to close at a particular time. There was a time that I had to call him when I was sick during the covid times and we were not allowed to go out. Dr. picked up the phone and did whatever he had to do to help me during a critical time. I am very satisfied with his services. He is also humble and respects his patients.
