Save your time and take your kid elsewhere. Assistant adjusted brace 3 times in the office. Claimed it’s the only brace they use for kids from 7 years to 21. This brace is 2 feet in height, how does this fit an average 7 year old when it’s too big for my 13 year old. We called today and she is asking me to cut straps… Mom voiced that she is being dismissive as this office has been since we got the brace. Assistant threaten to disconnect call if my wife doesn’t lower her voice. Her voice was not raised, she is just frustrated with a doctors office that doesn’t seem to care and get things right the first time. She quickly hung up on our call. As we said said dismissive office culture. Two different physical therapist have told us the brace is not properly fitting yet the assistant in the office and the phone claim it because it’s the only one the use.

This completely changed after 'total care pediatrics' became 'advocare'. Earlier my insurance deductible was $70 for a visit, now its $129 with same insurance. One of the best doctor seems to have left them. I missed a payment and they send me additional $22 to pay, which upon requesting to waive, they agreed to give me 25% discount i.e. $16.50 instead of $22. They seem to be ridiculously money minded company.
