I went in person to make an appointment to see Dr. Brennan. His staff was rude disrespectful and I was verbally attacked by his office manager and disrespect it if you want to go somewhere where people treat you like your cattle and they think they have the upper hand because they think they do that this is the place for you I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there maybe the doctor is good I’ll never know but his staff is the worst I have never encountered people who are so ignorant and disrespectful in my life I am not a baby I am a retired woman who worked 30 years in the judicial system I have never disrespected anyone in my life I will never go back there again!!! I wish I can give them a minus one they don’t even deserve a one

Dr. Timothy is a wonderful doctor in Jersey City, NJ. But the people working at the front desk is not that great. They have very bad attitudes and never answer the phones. I called there for two whole days and no one would answer the phone. Also I went there one day just to see what was going on with the phones. The problem is, they had the one of the phones off the hook just sitting there. That's why I was unable to call and change my appointment. But they will call you ASAP to let you kmow that you missed your appointment. Also they will not call the Pharmacy to approve your medicine when you need it asap, even if your life depends on it. I am calling right now and still no answer.

I saw Dr Brannon 2 months ago about a few issues in his Jc location. I had asked for medicine for one of the issues and he gave it but when I followed up for refills he didn't give me it. I was told to call back and I did and nothing. A month later nothing. I saw impactful changes in my life and has happy I found a medication that finally worked. Now with no prescription my life is upside down again and I live in hell.

I don't know how he knew. He got the picture of my brain and his first questions were... are you interested in electronics and astronomy? I was surprised since these are my two areas of greatest interest plus mathematics. Additionally he is a superb doctor and he saw me exactly on time, no hurrying, listened and responded to all of my questions and / or concerns with great clarity. He is also non judgmental and understands people and life. I would like to add I have a superb cardiologist who recommended a superb general practitioner who recommended Dr. Brannan. They are all superb.
