Made an online appointment through their website, took off of work, drove 30 min and then another 20 min looking for parking only to be told they don't use online booking even though it's on their website. Reception had no apologies and tried to give me an appointment for over 2 months from now. And after all that I had to pay for the parking. Received one star because I couldn't give ZERO stars.

I'm not sure if I will refer my friends and family to Dr. Marian due to the time he spent with me on my first visit. I found him to be not very patient when I was trying to explain my symptoms and thought that after such a long wait to actually visit him, I felt like the time spent was just not quality time. On my second visit I had to wait more that over an hour to see hime and had to leave due to another appointment. I left and voiced how angry I was, just not happy with the service.

Absolutely amazing doctor, though, compassionate, knowledgeable. Incomparable with any other experience I had to other rheumatologists. Albeit, I have to agree, staff lack compassion and unfortunately impacted the overall experience .

The doctor is nice but the staff is horrible and that's make the doctor look bad.Instead of helping patients feel comfortable specially old patient and have compassion on what their goin thru they jz ignore it..one specific scenario is when an old patient asking for water so she can drink her pills instead of being nice and giving her a cup of water what the office staff did is told the old lady to go outside and go to the water fountain..geez the poor old lady is anxious about her health and instead of being nice and helping her out u made her walk..it's ridiculous..think about ur parents and when u get old hopefully u won't experience the same thing ..I believe in karma
