The receptionist was extremely rude to myself and my mother. Treated us awful over the phone stating “We!! No one is allowed in the office besides the patient!” However, I was called to come to translate for my mother because there is no Hispanic speaking translator for patients! Will never come to this location ever again !!!!

Although Dr. Yale Shulman is taking care of his patient thoroughly, his office management is TOTALLY WORSE. The front desk office Assistant never pick up the phone and also never revert back to the patient's call. Phone call always goes to answering machine. She never calls within few minutes, but showoff to patients that she is most busiest person in the Doctor's Office. Also even if you get connected with her when you call, she behave very rudely with patient. Most amazing thing is that even during this COVID-19 season she is not picking up phone even she is around her desk and phone. I called many times in office and had a bad experience of such tactics . Further, when you surf on google for Dr. Yale Shulman, you will not find any information about availability of Dr. Yale Shulman on web site as to day of availability and hours of his office.

Dr. Yale Shulman is a kind and caring Urologist. Takes good care of his patients. I saw him 7 years ago for a different medical condition then, to the one I have now. There was no question in contacting Dr. Shulman office. I highly recommend him.

Surprised he's still practicing medicine. No follow up after surgery, which leads me to believe he's just in it for the money. Horrible results (catastrophic really).

Dr. Yale Shulman is an excellent doctor. He treats my husband and me with such care and understanding. He very detail with us when it comes to my husband's treatments.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Shulman. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bed side manner. Would reccomend him highly!!!
