THE WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR LOVED ONE. I HAVE HAD THREE OF MY FRIENDS PASS AWAY THERE WITH NO PAIN MEDS OR OXYGEN.

this place is HORRIBLE !!!some of the staffing nurses have attitudes, they think they are better than others...administrator Ana, was not very helpful in taking care of my mom, she promised she would watch over her & get someone to take care of her around the clock, & non of it was done, true they were busy but still you should never promise an 80+ lady that you would take care of here & didn't & because of their negligence my mom contracted COVID-19...and as such I was not able to see or be with mom for 3 months !!!that was a shame...the therapy staff was wonderful & helpful & that is the only thing going for them... not enough aide staff, everything is about money...this place is HORRIBLE !!!

DO NOT SEND your family members to this awful nursing home. My best friend worked here and would tell me how horrible the patients were treated.

This is my first google review because I have to let everyone know that this is the worst place you could possibly send your loved ones to. Needs to be shut down ASAP. My aunt was here for about 2 months - the amount of times my cousin would go in to see her and she would still be in a dirty diaper probably for two shifts is ridiculous. I saw a review talking about the administrator Anna that all she cares about is the money, its so true because they told my aunt that they weren't able to put two blue pads under my aunt anymore because the administrator is trying to “save money” and that they are short staffed because she is trying to recieve some type of bonus and can’t put anyone overtime like what in the world? If I could leave 0 stars I would. The therapy people are alright could be way better.

My mom needed rehabilitation upon being released from the hospital. She was placed at Alaris Health at Belgrove. She really enjoyed her stay there and our family felt very secure with the level of care she was given. Thank you, Alaris!

I went to visit my Aunt and found everyone so friendly and happy. My aunt looked so good and well cared for. She was having her hair cut and the hair stylist was also so nice. Great experience!

The staff at Alaris have shown kindness, compassion, and most importantly genuine care for my mom. She adjusted to the transition from our home to her Alaris Home with ease because of the wonderful staff.

My initial impression is horrible right now. My elderly aunt was transferred to this facility yesterday and I've been on the phone for a few hours attempting to reach her nurse. I couldn't get any information from the receptionist. They should be able to have basic information such as the name of the nurse I should be speaking to.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Alaris. The staff is fantastic, caring and on top of patients needs. Place is very clean. Extremely happy my grandmother ended up here as I can see first hand that she is in the best of care.
