Staff are very pleasant. My Mom looks well so I give them 3 of 5 stars because there's always room for improvement at any establishment.

I don’t know about anyone else’s experience…..But my uncle fell out of the bed due to their neglect on August 25, 2021. As of this date, they still haven’t sent him for X-rays because they say he has made no complaints. The even more twisted thing is the fact that there’s an X-ray facility on-site. My uncle is also an amputee.The doors to this place needs to be closed.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alecia Charlton, Jaleesa Fulcher, and Princy Chacko. They have always been so professional and so compassionate in taking care of my Aunt. They are always available to answer questions and make sure she is as comfortable as can be. We honestly don’t know what we would do if these wonderful people were not here to help and take care of her. She requires a lot of attention and I can not say enough good things about how well she is taken care of. Thank you

Were very nice staff was late for appointment was still able to visit just had to wait awhile. Front desk employee very kind and went above and beyond to assist me then had a letter delivered to resident for me; after which he called social worker for me. Was able to visit resident on patio outside and Aide was very helpful transporting resident to patio. Overall very positive experience.

Place is dirty had my father there place smelled like urine all the time.

I went in for training I didn’t have orenitation Megan put me on the floor the first day told her I have to leave at 2:00 because I have another job she says “we don’t need you because your not serious about the job. From what I see they are racist a bunch of philipean woman that are staffed there . Do not have regard for other people of other races .

My mother is in there and my sisters and I are working on getting her out.The place is outdated, dirty and the staff (especially overnight) are lazy, rude and leave patients waiting for over an hour at a time just to go to the bathroom.The food is disgusting, cold and not edible. It certainly does not cater to people who may have strict diets.The day shift nurses are the most helpful and seem to be attentive.Doctors come around once a day. My mother had fluids in her body due to having recent heart surgery instead of the doctor contacting her heart doctor he gives her meds that do not help with the fluids that are in her legs and lungs. My sisters had to take action.This place needs a serious overhaul! Don’t recommend at all.If nurses or aides do not like their jobs and serving the sick and helpless they should NOT be in their positions! Go into another field!

Place is clean i dont have any of my family members but my hisband does my opinion everything looks well and my husband uncle said they treat him good
